2 Welcome to The Stirling Golf Club Thank you for your enquiry about membership opportunities at The Stirling Golf Club. We are pleased to provide you with the following information about our Club and the various membership categories we offer. We believe The Stirling Golf Club to be the most picturesque golf course in South Australia. We also believe that it is the friendliest. Family and friends are always welcome! Our 18-hole course and award-winning clubhouse nestled in the picturesque Piccadilly Valley, is only 20 minutes from the Adelaide CBD via the Heysen tunnels and the Adelaide to Stirling freeway. We have membership available for ladies, men and juniors in the Seven Day, Six Day, Pay as You Play (PAYP), Partner, Casual and Junior categories all of which offer immediate playing rights. The main competition days are Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. The Wednesday competition is open to male members and to visitors. The Saturday competition is open to all 7-Day s (male and female). The female members main competition day is Thursday (morning). The club also runs a weekly Stableford competition. The Stirling Golf Club offers all Seven and Six Day s participation in Gold Pass Golf, which enables up to five games to be played at each of Aston Hills Golf Club, Thaxted Park Golf Club, Sandy Creek Golf Club and South Lakes Golf Club, without payment of green fees. Gold Pass Golf represents savings of up to $550 for those who take full advantage of this special reciprocal arrangement. The Stirling Golf Club is the ideal venue for your fully catered corporate or social golf day. We can take care of all the arrangements. We can also offer conference facilities as part of a golf/conference package and accommodation in our holiday units. Our Club Professional, Warren Symons, is on hand to teach you to play or improve your game. Golf clubs, pull buggies and motorised carts are also available for hire.
