Failure to adhere to payment agreement could result in the cancellation of membership privileges. Terms and Conditions of Membership: Please read the following: Membership Details Members and their guests must abide by the golf club s rules and regulations and respect the rights of all fellow golfers, guests, and staff members. Failure to do so will result in the members privileges being suspended by the General Manager. The member acknowledges that there are risks inherent in participating in the game of golf. The member agrees to release the club from any liability from personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by the member including injury resulting in death and any finical loss or damage, directly or indirectly resulting from the members activates or participation in events at the club. The member further waves, as against the club, all claims of recourse and rights of action that the member might have against the club as a result of such personal injury, property damage or loss. Total amount due must be paid in full prior to receiving membership privileges. Members are required to check in at the Pro-shop and present their membership card before every round (including replays), photo ID may also be needed and present their green fee receipt to the starter. Management reserves the right to limit memberships at its discretion. Management reserves the right to include additional players to tee times in given circumstances. Bushwood Golf Club reserves the right to host golf tournaments. Management reserves the right to cancel a membership with or without a refund for just cause. CART FEES Applicable cart fees are not included in the membership. Cart packages are available for members. Members are responsible for explaining our club rules to their guests, as well as having them abide by these rules. Members must abide by the Dress Code at all times. Members must abide by our 48-hour cancellation policy for tee-times, and are thus responsible for payment of any tee times that are not cancelled accordingly. Members can only book their tee times 6 days in advance. All memberships are non-refundable. There are no refunds on memberships and they are non-transferable. Members may book one tee time per day. There are no replays. Membership cannot be combined with any coupon or promotion.

5 Member and Guest Golf Cart Rental Agreement In conjunction with the rental of a golf cart, the driver/renter of the cart accepts that he or she will operate the cart in a safe manner, will adhere to all rules set fourth by the Club, and accepts complete liability for any damages to the golf cart or personal property. The driver/renter voluntarily agrees and accepts the risks of using a golf cart, and on behalf of the driver/renter, any passengers in the cart, any personal representatives and heirs hereby voluntarily release Bushwood Golf Club, its owners, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, suits, judgements that may in any way or manner arise out of use of the golf cart. It is strictly forbidden that a minor or any individual without a valid driver s licence operate the golf cart. The driver/renter of the golf cart will return the golf cart to the locally designated return area, not leave the cart in the parking lot and for further safety will have possession/control of golf cart keys if the golf cart is ever left unattended.
