Overall, I feel that 2015 was a successful year. We saw an increase in participation in the majority of events at Eagle Brook CC, both golf and social events! The overall feel of the club has improved over previous years, and we made some much-needed improvements in all different areas of the club, with the biggest ones yet to come. For me personally, I learned quite a bit in a short amount of time and I cannot thank you enough for your participation and the support you have shown me in my new role at Eagle Brook CC. Thank you! Although successful, this year had its share of challenges. The weather in the beginning of the season was awful. Also, if you recall, we made it through this past year with almost all new department Managers. Craig Kight, our new Grounds Superintendent, did an outstanding job during his first year at the Club. Course conditions are the best they ve been and will only continue to improve as we go forward. Ryan, our new Head Golf Professional did a great job with the golf operations, especially with the Member golf events and junior golf programs. Some might even say it was better than the other guy last year. Ha Ha. Derek Weber, our new Membership Director added a total of 61 new Members to Eagle Brook CC this year!! Wow!! Jason Babor, new Food and Beverage Manager, and Lindsay Lange, new catering specialist did a fantastic job with all of our Member and non-member social events, as well as improving the overall Member dining experience. Kathy Weiksner, new admin assistant, has done a great job with the communication and social media for the club this past year. I am very proud of the job that all of the EBCC Staff has done this year. The Management and Staff of Eagle Brook Country Club are committed to continuous improvement and Member satisfaction, and we look forward to a banner year in 2016 with many great new things to come. One of the things I am most proud of this year, is our attrition number. Not only did we add 61 new Members to Eagle Brook this year, but also for the first time in years, we will actually end the year with positive net Members! Thank you to all of the Members who have referred prospective Members, banquet events, outings and other business to the Club. These revenue streams are key to the Club and your support is appreciated. Lastly, thank you to all for your continued Membership at Eagle Brook Country Club. Without you there would be no Eagle Brook Country Club as it exists now.

We have many great events coming up for you to round out the year, including the Member Appreciation Christmas Party Friday, December 11 th, Wine dinner Saturday, December 19 th, Brunch with Santa Sunday, December 20 th and a special New Year s Eve dinner. Details on these events can be found throughout the newsletter, and reservations can be made by contacting Kathy Weiksner. We will be happy to secure a table for you. The club will be closing on December 24 2:00pm, so that everyone is able to spend the time with their family and friends for the holidays. Please refer to the calendars for exact daily hours. There is still plenty of time to plan a get-together of your own, no matter the size. Please contact Lindsay Lange. If you are in need of a stocking stuffer, Ryan is ready and able to assist in the Golf Shop with great recommendations for the golfers on your lists. We are getting closer to the start date of January 4 th, to begin our major renovation project of the Eagle s Nest, Member Bar, Member Dining Room, Member lobby, outdoor patio, & Member Fitness area. During this exciting clubhouse renovation, the Member bar and dining room will be closed, but I am pleased to announce that we will use the ballroom and pre function room for dining. We will send weekly s and Facebook posts out to the Membership to ensure that you are receiving as much information as possible, including the hours for Member bar and dining each week.
