We would like to take this opportunity of detailing The Golf, Wine, Leisure & Music Festival to you, and encourage you to take this opportunity in tying in with us as a Sponsor and taking Golf, Wine & Leisure to the next level. The festival is aimed at the lifestyle of a Golfer, both on and off the course. Catering for the whole family - from Golf, Wine, Leisure & Adventure. The Festival will be held at the Vodacom Golf Village in George. Our reasoning behind this is the fact that it is situated on the main road leading you into and out of George as George is the main hub of the Garden Route weather traveling to Port Elizabeth or to Cape Town. The Golf, Wine, Leisure & Music Festival is the perfect opportunity for you to market your brand or services and give your company the exposure it deserves. As Golf in the Garden Route is owned by the 12 Courses along the Garden Route from Plettenberg Bay to Mossel Bay, their input has been already establish and will be exhibiting their courses and Estates at the Festival. 2 Golf, Wine, Leisure and Music Festival brought you by Golf in the Garden Route, Vodacom Golf Village and Paradise Exhibitions Overview The Garden Route is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places on earth, set on a coast line that's often referred to as PARADISE. The Garden Route is a treasure trove of excitement and breath taking landscape with a climate to match the beauty. Golf in the Garden Route with the aid of the Tourist Organisations is an amalgamation of the top Golf Courses in the Garden Route from Mossel Bay to Plettenberg Bay and Golf Marketing Specialists, with the aim of taking the Garden Route a destination and showcases it to the world as a brand that stands for ultimate experience. The most effective way to do this is to bring all of the Golf Courses along the Garden Route under 1 umbrella as well as all the other aspects of tourism for the area. The Golf, Wine, Leisure & Music Festival will showcase and encompass everything that the Garden Route has on offer from the beauty of all the Courses Estate Courses / Municipal Courses / Short Courses / Driving Ranges / Pro Shops to all other tourist related activities like where to stay, eat, shop, play, relax & rejuvenate as well as the 4 Tourism Boards Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, George and Mossel Bay. Wine Estates, olives, cheese, organic foods, breads, and more Ending off the Festival on Sunday, with an all day Music Festival. Our aim is to make the Golf, Wine, Leisure & Music Festival an annual event, so it's vitally important to make the first one a great success. Concept 4 day Festival starting Thursday 11th to Sunday 14th February 2010 Consists of - Golf, Wine, Leisure & Music. 48 Exhibitor stands in the Main Exhibitior Area- Golf Estates, Golf Products, Tourism Boards, Wine Estates, Accommodation, Leisure and Tourist Attractions see attached floor plan 50 Exhibitor stands in the Open Exhibitor Area - Extreme Sports, Leisure, Food Stalls, Organic Foods, Flea Market Thursday to Saturday activities: Golf Activities - Golf Competitions and Prizes - Longest Drive Comp, Putting Comp, Chipping Comp, - Golf Trick Shots, Golf Lessons - Night Golf - Friday only. Kids Play Area - Entertainment for the Kids - Jumping Castles, face painting, sand art, play dough, child minders. - Willy Wonker present for two days. - Lucky ticket draw for a Willy Wonker Hamper.

First Band Starting at 10h00, when the gates open, with the Main band starting at 20h00. Being Valentine's Day There will be a special package available - Arrive in a Limo, spend the day at the Expo, watch the bands, enjoy a picnic basket, and Limo ride home. Audience being Targeted WE WILL CATER FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY... dad can do the golfing thing while mom explorers the market, enjoy a glass of wine or 2, while the kids are being entertainment The whole Garden Route experience Entrance Cost and Time Entrance fee of R20 per person, children under 12 free Entrance fee for Festival Day will be R per person Festival Times: Thursday to Saturday from 10h00 to 20h00 Sunday from 10h00 to 22h00 Ticket Sales To be sold at Vodacom Golf Village, Golf Courses, Tourism & Infomation Offices, via Golf in the Garden Route and Paradise Exhibition websites.

4 Parking for the Festival The existing parking area at Vodacom Golf Village for Exhibitors and Organisers. The open area across the road will be used as parking for the visitors to the show. There will be a security company appointed to handle the security for the parking area. There will be minimal charge to the public for the use of the parking area close to venue and the free section further away. We will be looking at a free Golf Cart Shuttle, as the parking area is quite large. Planning Structure - Layout of the Festival - indoor and outdoor exhibitors Necessary supply companies will be brought on board, i.e security, toilet hire, sound, electrical, cleaning, police, municipality, traffic department, medical, marquee hire and others. All necessary permits for safety & security, parking.
