2 38TH IEEE PHOTOVOLTAIC SPECIALISTS CONFERENCE Golf Classic Solar Energy for Bright Minds Solar Energy for Bright Minds will give local schools the opportunity to compete to earn a PV system. For the first time, the winner of the annual PVSC High School Photovoltaic Design Competition will receive a PV system installed at their school by a local solar power provider at no cost.
