4 STARTING TIMES Saturday & Public Holidays Thursday Ladies Tuesday Vets Names in by 12:15 with hit off 12:30pm Names in by 8:15am with hit off 8:30am Names in by 11:45am with hit off 12:00 noon CONDITIONS OF PLAY The Match Committee is in charge of all play on the course and reserves the right to alter the programme or the method of play at any time. The rules of golf and the Club s local rules with which all players are expected to familiarise themselves govern all play. A protest or dispute in connection with any competition or match play shall be made to the Match Committee IMMEDIATELY after completion of play. The Match Committee s decision on all competitions will be final. SCORE CARDS All competition cards are expected to be checked, and provided there are no protests or disputes, signed and returned to the Captain/s immediately after the completion of the round. Disqualification will occur if: a. The player knowingly plays off a higher handicap than the official handicap b. The player fails to sign the card c. The player fails to return the card d. The player returns a score for any hole lower than that actually taken MONTHLY MEDALS Men s & Ladies Monthly Medals will be played on the first Saturday of the month from February to November. Ladies Thursday Monthly medals will be played on the first Thursday of each month February to November. Saturday s ladies final to be played November 25, and Thursday s December 07.

5 MONTHLY MEDALS (Cont ) The men will be divided into 2 separate groups. A Division will consist of players with a handicap of 0-18 and B Division Both A & B Division winners will play together in the final. The finals will be played Saturday 25 November after Presentation and Calcutta Night. CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS Men s & Women s Club Championships will be played as a stroke event over 72 holes on May 20, 21, 27 and June 03. Foursomes Championships will be played over 27 holes on Saturday June 24. Mixed Foursomes Championships will be played over 27 holes on Sunday July BALL HANDICAP MATCH PLAY Qualifying round (February 11) 4BBB stroke choose. Eight pairs qualify for Match Play. Matches to be played on the programmed dates unless played beforehand. SEB & ALLAN S SHIELD SINGLE MATCH PLAY Qualifying rounds will be the four stroke rounds of the Club Championships aggregate of the best three nett scores. The top sixteen players qualify from the combined A & B Groups. Matches are to be played on or before the due dates determined by the Match Committee. WOODGATE HOTEL SINGLE MATCH PLAY This event will have three divisions - Men s A Division 0-18, Men s B Division and Ladies Nominations are required by February 11, with the first round to be held February 18. Unavailability or illness will result in forfeit of match. Matches can be played at any time before the due date.
