We will include outdoor and active activity time, arts and crafts, field trips, pool trips, and much, much more! Camp Shirt Included. 3 ADULT ACTIVITIES Sweaty Swedes Color Run 5K A group training circuit exercise class. The group, made up of individuals from all fitness levels, meets twice a week to push themselves on Coronado Height's incline and outdoor space. Chair Yoga This supportive yoga class is designed for beginners or those not comfortable sitting on the floor. We use chairs for sitting posture and support for standing postures. This class ends with restorative yoga. Instructor: Martha Danielson Ages: all are welcome Cost: $3.00/class Days: Tuesday Evenings Times: 6:30 7:30 PM Suspension Strap Class Suspension training is an exercise system using hanging straps and your own body weight to improve your strength, balance, and flexibility for all fitness levels from beginner to super athlete. Wavemakers Swim Team Ages: 5 18 years old as of June 1, 2018 Dates: May 24th July 7th Times: 8:30 10:20 AM Monday Friday and Saturday Meets Resident: $25.00 Non Resident: $30.00 **Lindsborg Wavemakers will be hosting two Swim Meets on June 9th and June 30th Private Parties $ for the first hour / $55.00 for the 2nd Hour. Time: 8:00 10:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:00 9:00 PM Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday **A $50.00 deposit must be received within two week of booking a party or the reservation will be cancelled and the evening made available to someone else. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the party or refunded if party is cancelled by pool staff due to weather or an unforeseen pool problem. Payment for remaining balance can be made at the pool at the time of the party. Deposit is non-refundable if person who scheduled party cancels the party with less than 48 hours notice.
