1 ARCHIVES Season Results Many thanks to all of you for your cooperation, understanding, support and friendship ~ not only this year, but for the past five years that I have been the commissioner and the 11 years I have been in the group. The PGA Dogs is an important fraternal group that has a special purpose over and above the playing aspect it provides. This year was a transitional year with trying different tees as a means to extend the longevity of the PGA Dogs into the future and while it presented a few concerns, I think we are on the right track. Over the summer I will continue to evaluate what we gained and what we lost. I know we cannot be everything to everybody and that father time still will be the deciding factor when players choose to leave the PGA Dogs ~ no matter what rules we try to implement to balance the playing field. I thank all of you for your input and understanding. It is always a sad day when we say goodbye and head off to our varied walks of life; but draw strength looking forward to the day we can all return in the fall to do it all over again. I would suggest that when you are having one of those head banging days this summer; that you click onto this website and review the seasonal results, the stats, the directory, etc. ~ the smile will soon re-appear to your face and somehow your day will return to a better place. Have a great season and we'll keep in touch with plans for our events. 4/1/2014 ~ Ryder Course Format: Blind Draw Better ball of threesomes + all birdies count 1st ~ Roy Vucinich- Rick Pohle - Jim Buchanan (-12) ~ $105/team 2nd ~ Jerry Tucker - Roger Kennedy - Bryan Abbott (-12) ~ $105/team
