1 Welcome to Day Camp 2012! The PGA Championship Day Camp will be held from August 8 th through August 12 th at the Kiawah Island East Beach Conference Center, centrally located on Kiawah Island and in close proximity to The Ocean Course. The location is a short walk from the Sanctuary Hotel and within a reasonable distance from all villas. Our goal for the week is to provide a secure and loving environment close to the golf course that is filled with fun and educational experiences. Susan Dittmer (PGA Tour Family Centers Director) and Kari Bowman (PGA Championship Daycare Committee Chair) will manage the program. Childcare is provided for the children of the PGA Championship contestants only. Ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age are welcome to attend the daycare. It is important that we know the number and ages of children who will participate. Please complete attached forms A, B and C and , mail or fax to the address provided. Each child will need a separate set of forms. Day Camp Hours Wednesday, August 8, 2012 through Sunday, August 12, :30am to 6:00pm Food Each day a morning snack, lunch and an afternoon snack will be served. Parents/guardians of children 18 months and younger are asked to provide the appropriate food. We will follow a no nut policy but please notify us of any food allergies on FORM B. Clothing Children should arrive dressed for fun. Play clothes, closed-toe shoes and socks are best. Please bring an extra outfit that is labeled with your child s name. Parents/guardians of children yet to be potty trained are asked to provide appropriate diapers. Security A police officer will be on duty at all times. With its unique, natural environment, close proximity to the beach, and unparalleled facilities, the experience is perfect for vacationers ages Kamp Kiawah is a separate program from the PGA Championship Day Camp. As in the past, there is no fee for the PGA Championship Day Camp. While there is a fee for Kamp Kiawah, it may be a terrific option for your child. After the Main Security Gate, take the 6 th right turn (about 2 miles) into East Beach Village. Then take your first left into Town Center. If you have this form on file with Susan Dittmer and the PGA TOUR, there is no need to submit it again.
