1 2017 Senior League Appazation League Dates & 'Times: The 2017 Tregaron Senior Leagues will begin on Monday, April 10`h and Thursday, April 13'h through Monday, October 23rd and Thursday, October 26th. Start times in the spring and fall will be moved back due to daylight and cooler temperatures. It may also be necessary from time to time to adjust or cancel start times due to outside tournament play. The League on Monday, April 11`h & Thursday, April 14'h will be a Shotgun 9:00 you may then sign up for the following week on those days. You may begin calling in or stopping by the clubhouse to sign your foursome up for the first week of play only. Sign-ups will be available after April P'. After the first week you can sign your foursome up for the following week in person as usual Prices: Association Fee $30.00 (one time) Green Fee & Cart $23.00 (daily / Green Fee & Cart) Daily Event $ 2.00 (daily / Prize Fee) Season Pass $499 + tax (unlimited golf M - F / $10 when you play in league - Includes $2 prize fee) League Inclusive Season Pass - $789 + tax (Includes both Leagues and Prize Fee) Tee Structure: A $30.00 Association Fee will be required and must be paid prior to the first week of play. The association Fee is for year-long league handicap maintenance, administrative costs and the year end fun day. Please note the Association Fee covers both the Monday and Thursday leagues. The weekly fee for playing in the league will be $25.00, which includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart rental and entry into the daily event. 2 2017 Senior League Rules All play will be from the Senior Tees (White). IF YOUR HANDICAP + YOUR AGE IS 100 OR OVER, YOU MAY USE THE RED TEE BOX. (TO KEEP THE HANDICAP FAIR, STAY AT THE RED OR WHITE TEE BOX) A player may improve his lie provided the ball is not moved more than 12" and is moved no nearer the hole. Out of Bounds (defined by White Stakes) will be played as a stroke penalty only. Players may drop no more than 2 club lengths from the point the ball has been determined to have crossed the boundary, no nearer the hole. NRD ditch has OB stakes. All water will be played as a LATERAL WATER HAZARD. Players may drop no more than 2 club lengths from the point where the ball last crossed/entered the hazard, no nearer the hole. EXCEPTIONS: Tee shots finding the water on holes #2 and #14, the player may play his 3 rd shot from the drop area, the tee box or from a line of entry to the pin and proceed from that point. A lost ball will be played as a stroke penalty only. Drop at the point the ball was deemed to be lost. All rules discrepancies will be settled by the attending golf professional. Players are encouraged to play a provisional ball in situations where a rule interpretation is needed. All players are expected to complete 18 holes in 4 hours and 10 minutes or less. Slow play will be monitored. Remember, it's not the group behind you keep up with the group in front of you! Play ready golf! We will use last year's league handicaps. For those of you that do not have one established the computer will compute one after the first week of play. Please keep riding carts on the paths around all tees and greens. PLEASE read the attached policy on Handicap Flags. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE GOLF CARTS INTO THE NATIVE AREAS PLEASE RAKE THE TRAPS AFTER USE PLEASE USE THE SAND/SEED MIXTURE PROVIDED FOR FAIRWAYS AND TEES PLEASE FIX ALL BALL MARKS ON THE GREENS Enjoy your round and please return your cart to the staging area behind the Clubhouse upon completion of your round.

4 Handicap Flag Policies Your patronage at. Tregaron Golf Course is greatly appreciated. It is course policy to restrict golf cart traffic to the cart paths when weather or turf conditions warrant. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide the best possible playing conditions in the long term. However, we also recognize the needs of the truly disabled golfer who suffers from permanent walking impairments or other conditions that would make it impossible for him or her to enjoy the golf course with restrictions on golf car use. Golfers with disabilities will be asked to identify themselves to management. It is legally permissible for management, if there is a reasonable belief that a golfer may not be disabled as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), to request proof of a disability, such as a government-issued permanent disabled car placard or other identifying information, such as a Physicians note, which may be reasonably accepted as valid. Management will provide golfers covered by the ADA with a separate car with an identifying blue flag. This will allow the disabled golfer only to leave and return to the cart path using the 90 degree rule during cart path only situations. Carts with the blue handicap flags may not travel within thirty feet of the green and are not allowed in the native areas. If two players in a group are assigned a Handicap Flag, both players must ride together. Any use of cars off the cart path is at your own risk, and any problems or injuries resulting from such use are the golfer's responsibility. For safety reasons we strongly discourage the use of the golf car on severe slopes. Consistent with government rulings on the ADA, course management reserves the right to restrict all golf car traffic in rare instances when excessive heat, moisture stress, new turf, other weather-related or maintenance-related conditions create extreme safety issues or would result in any cart traffic causing excessive turf damage. If at any time it is apparent these conditions might exist, we suggest calling ahead. Violation of this policy may result in suspension of golf privileges.
