2 2 WELCOME TO SULTAN S RUN GOLF CLUB 2017! On behalf of Sultan's Run Golf Club, I would like to thank you for choosing to be a member of our facility for the 2017 golf season. We take great pride in providing the best golfing experience possible for our members and their guests in this our 25 th Anniversary. We anticipate another fantastic season at Sultan's Run and value your decision to spend your leisure time with us. We hope to provide stellar golfing experiences at Sultan's Run and will urge our members to let our staff know of any details on anything we can do to make your golf season more enjoyable. Our entire management and staff continuously strive to improve the overall atmosphere at Sultan's Run Golf Club. Our top priorities include quality of the golf course and practice range conditions, fresh and quick food delivery for golfers, relaxing environment in the 19 th Hole and finally greeting each and every member and guest with a smile and friendly manner. We feel our philosophy at Sultan's Run Golf Club will allow each member to be proud of their club and comfortable bringing friends and family here! Sincerely, Jeff Howerton, PGA Head Golf Professional Sultan's Run Golf Club RECYCLING PROGRAM In cooperation with our sponsor, German American Bank, Sultan s Run Golf Club is continuing our recycling program in We believe it is important for Sultan s Run to be as environmentally responsible as possible. We take this approach seriously and hope to enlist the assistance of our members and guests in facilitating this program. We will have recycling stations at several locations on the course, in the 19 th Hole, at the Club House, and at the cart barn. We encourage all members and guests to utilize these facilities. With your help we will keep tons of materials from being deposited in our landfills annually. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support in our effort to be a green facility.

3 3 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW All members are required to check in at the Pro Shop counter before play. If you want to play extra holes, please check in at the Pro Shop. Play will begin on the 1 st Hole only, unless authorized by the pro shop. PLEASE OBSERVE ALL CART SIGNS AND RESPECT AREAS AROUND GREENS! No more then 4 players per group, unless authorized by the pro shop. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased at Sultan s Run Golf Course as per Indiana Liquor law. NO PERSONAL COOLERS! You are welcome to call food orders ahead while playing. Driving range closes 1 hour before dark with last bucket being sold 1 ½ hours before dark. Driving range closes on Monday s for maintenance between 9 AM and 3 PM. Weather conditions and instances of heavy play may alter the times or days. Smoking is not permitted inside the clubhouse facilities. Please use the dispensers if you smoke outside. Please sand all divots and fix your ball marks and two other ball marks. Please use proper golf etiquette and attire! Collared shirt, soft spikes, and no jeans. Please allow faster players to play through! Don t be pushed, and don t hold anyone up! Jeff Howerton, PGA Professional, leads an educational and entertaining clinic that will build skills and confidence in their play. A schedule of 7 Fridays covers major aspects of the game and is $125 per child.
