2 2017 US Masters Tournament April 3 rd 10 th Proposed Itinerary Monday, April 3 Upon your arrival you will pick up your rental vehicle and make your way to the Ritz-Carlton Lodge. The rest of your day is free to relax and unpack. Tuesday, April 4 The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee is one of the most luxurious lakeside resorts in Georgia, a place where lodge-like charm, world-class accommodations and highly personalized service create an unforgettable experience with the stunning Lake Oconee shimmering in tranquility. Cradled by verdant hills where pines tower to the sky and eagles dance with the sun, this secluded Lake Oconee hotel transports guests to a place far away from daily cares and pressures. Today golf will be arranged at where you will play the Landing Course. The original golf course built at Lake Oconee, The Landing made its landmark debut in 1986, setting the stage for what has become a premier golf destination. The par-72 course, which plays to a maximum of 7,048 yards, was designed by award-winning architect Bob Cupp, who directed a major renovation that was unveiled in spring Wednesday, April 5 Today you will attend the Last Days Practice Round and Par Three Tournament at Augusta National. 8:00am - Augusta National Gates open, This morning enjoy the last of the practice rounds followed by the par 3 tournament, the players will be out early this morning as the Masters course is closed for play at the start of the par 3 tournament at 1:00pm, (Insiders Tip Start at 18 and work back to see all your favorite players.) There's always a relaxed atmosphere surrounding the Par 3 Tournament. There's more player-to-fan interaction during Wednesday's competition making it a real fan favorite. The players often joke around with each other; take mulligan s when a shot goes in the water, take pictures with fans and sign autographs. This is a must-see event. No player has ever won the par 3 tournament and gone on to win the Masters that same year, get there early or make sure to stop of at the par 3 course an set your Masters chair when you arrive there this morning. 1:00pm - Par Three tournament starts. After the par 3 tournament is over (4:30pm) head back over to the Masters course if you want some great pictures without the crowds and the players, don t forget a stop at the Pro shop on your way out. 3 Thursday, April 6 Today golf will be arranged at Great Waters. Great Waters is an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-signature design that winds through densely wooded evergreen corridors only to open up to nine holes featuring the blue waters of Lake Oconee as the rough. Great Waters earned the distinction from LINKS Magazine as one of the 10 most significant and influential courses of the past two decades. Great Waters proves to be one of the most aesthetically inspiring golf courses in the continental United States. Friday, April 7 Today you will attend the Second Days Play at Augusta National. Saturday, April 8 Today golf will be arranged at Oconee Course 8:00am - Augusta National Gates open. 8:45am Estimated first tee time. This is cut day, the top 44 players plus ties and anyone within 10 strokes of the lead makes the cut, this will be your last chance to see some of your favorite players who are not playing their best this week. A great place to start the day is at the back of 7 th green, from here you will be able to watch the action in 5 different areas, you can watch the approach shots into 2 nd green, the drives on the 3 rd hole, second shots into 7 th green, you can also see the 8 th and 17 th fairways from this vantage point. Use the pairings sheet to determine a player's tee time. On the sheet, the time on the left is when the group tees off. The first number is the group number. The numbers to the left of the players' names are the players' numbers to use the tee times, pick out the golfers you want to see and note what time they start. A typical round takes between 4½ and five hours, or about 15 minutes per hole. If your favorite player has already started, note the difference in time and do the math to figure out which hole he is on. If Tiger Woods teed off on No. 1 at 8 a.m. and it's now 10:15, expect him to be on No. 9 or No. 10. Don t forget a stop at the Pro shop on your way out. This par-72, Rees Jones design is a true risk/reward layout. The Oconee course offers inspiring lake views while presenting options to play shots over inlets of Lake Oconee, or carry corners of tree-lined doglegs. A set of magnificent par 3s features elevated tee shots and numerous water hazards that are both eye-catching and penal. Interior creeks and ponds, as well as extensive bunkering, ensure a tough-but-fair challenge for every level of player. Through the years, the Oconee course has established a reputation as a visually stimulating, challenging and playable layout.

4 Sunday, April 9 Today you will attend the Final Days Play at Augusta National. Monday, April 10 Today you will depart for home or continue travels. 8:00am - Augusta National Gates open. 10:30am - First Tee Time. The Masters is considered the best-run golf tournament in the world by fans and golfers alike, until now it has been relatively relaxed, but today the leading players get ready to try and win the Green Jacket. In addition to a cash prize, the winner of the tournament is presented with a distinctive green jacket, formally awarded since 1949, and informally acquired by the champions for many years before that. The green sport coat is the official attire worn by members of Augusta National while on the club grounds. Today choose the groups you want to watch, catch then on the range and then follow then through the first 5 holes and then head to amen corner and get in the stands at the 12 th tee, you are in the heart of Amen corner and can see the approach shots to 11 th green, all of the par 3 12 th hole and the tee shot and second shot on the par 5 13 th hole. Nearby rest room and concession buildings make this the ideal spot till the leaders come through. No place is quite like Augusta National when it comes to following the action through the roars of the crowd, a roar is usually based on two things: 1. The quality of the shot, be it an approach that winds up close, a long putt that finds the cup or an eagle in the final round. 2. Who hit it? A roar for Tiger Woods is typically larger than for a first-time player. Armed with the knowledge of who is playing and their position on the course, you can begin to distinguish between the roars. Start heading for 18 and your Masters chair with a stop at 15 th tee and 17 th green on route. Enjoy the rest of the tournament and the Green Jacket ceremonial, safe in the knowledge that you can do this all again next year.
