(Head office: Kobe, Japan; President: Yasushi Nojiri) is pleased to announce the latest introductions to its XXIO Prime series, popular with senior golfers for their luxurious design and ability to hit the ball far. The woods include a driver (#1) and fairway woods (#3, #4, #5, #7, #9, #11). The irons are offered in sets of five (#6 through #9 and PW) or eight (#5 through #9 and PW, AW, SW). In addition, clubs #5, AW, and SW will be sold individually. Scheduled to be released in stores on December 14, 2012, the new clubs will be subject to open pricing. Now in its seventh edition, the New XXIO Prime series features the same highly popular Dual Speed Technology 1 first introduced on Dunlop s XXIO7 series in December 2011, newly reengineered exclusively for players who hit with lower head speed. In addition to offering an even more refined look, this latest edition boasts a range of features that make it perfect for an active golfing life. 1 Dunlop Sports original technology, developed to provide both higher head speed and higher ball speed. Key Features of the New XXIO Prime Woods Dual Speed Technology reengineered especially for golfers with lower head speed 1 Higher Head Speed (1) Reduced club moment of inertia (MOI) 2 The New XXIO Prime series exclusively designed SP-700 carbon shaft employs Dunlop s newly developed DST Structure 3 at the head end, resulting in a lighter tip that moves the center of gravity (CG) 10mm 4 closer to the grip compared to the previous model and makes the club 2g lighter.
