1 1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older. 2. Participants cannot be barred and must have a valid membership card and be in good standing with Venetian Macau Limited. 3. The tournament period for the Grand Dragon Master Baccarat Championship Golden Dragon Baccarat is from 8 September 2017 to 29 October 2017 on every Friday to Sunday (exclude 25 September to 12 October). 3.1 The tournament shall be held at Sands Casino Pit113, Venetian Casino Pit343, Sands Cotai Central Himalaya Tournament Area and Parisian Tournament Area. 4. The Grand Dragon Master Baccarat Championship Golden Dragon Baccarat qualifying criteria are listed as below: 4.1 Method 1: Sands Rewards Member Free Entry a) Sands Rewards Member is eligible to receive free entry during below designated period. Tournament Period Number of Free Entry 8 24 September October b) Each participant is limited a maximum of two (2) Sands Rewards Member Free Entry during the whole tournament period. c) Eligible member should redeem the FREE entry during the designated period, right to redeem the entry thereafter will be forfeited. 4.2 Method 2: Points Earning a) Members who accumulate eight (8) points daily within the Points Earing Period from any table and/or slot play (excluding electronic table games) at related properties (i.e. Venetian Casino, Sands Casino, The Plaza Macao Casino, Sands Cotai Central Himalaya Gaming, Pacifica Gaming, Himalaya High Limit, Parisian Gaming and all APEX clubs) should be eligible to redeem one (1) entry. b) Eligible members are subjected to eight (8) points deduction directly from the member s account and are nonrefundable. c) The Points Earning Period are detailed as follows: Points Earning period Daily 12:00am to 9:00pm (on tournament date) Tournament Date 8 10 September September September October October October Method 3: Buy-In a) Participants can buy-in with fifty (50) points deduction which is non-refundable. Each participant is required to buy-in in advance at designated Sands Rewards Counters located at Sands Casino, Venetian Casino, Himalaya Gaming and Parisian Gaming and present their receipt at the registration counter on the tournament day. 4.4 Method 4: Sands Rewards Invitation a) Members with minimum 3 or 6 months ADTHK$1,700 or above top down invitation from their respective property (i.e. Venetian Casino, Sands Casino, The Plaza Macao Casino, Sands Cotai Central Himalaya Gaming, Pacific Gaming, Himalaya High Limit Area, Parisian Gaming or all APEX clubs) will be invited to join this tournament ONCE during the whole tournament period. Invitation sequence will be top down according to member s ADT. No point will be deducted for invited members upon participation. 2 b) Members with minimum 3 or 6 months ADTHK$5,000 or above top down invitation from their respective property (i.e. Venetian Casino, Sands Casino, The Plaza Macao Casino, Sands Cotai Central Himalaya Gaming, Pacific Gaming, Himalaya High Limit Area, Parisian Gaming or all APEX clubs) will be invited to join this tournament TWICE (once per month) during the whole tournament period. Invitation sequence will be top down according to member s ADT. No point will be deducted for invited members upon participation. c) Invitations shall be done concurrently with other methods on a first come first served basis. 4.5 Method 5: Re-Buy a) Participants may re-buy an additional entry with daily ten (10) points accumulated within the Points Earning Period and deduction. b) Each participant is limited a maximum of four (4) re-buys per tournament day. c) Re-buy registration quota subject to prevailing circumstances and the quota availability of respective property. 4.6 Method 6: (Additional Free Entry) Minimum HK $100 bet and win on Baccarat Pair / Tie a) Participants will receive one (1) additional free entry when bet and win on Pair / Tie with minimum betting amount HK $100 or above on designated live Baccarat Tables during the tournament period. b) Each participant is limited to a maximum of two (2) additional free entries per tournament day. REMARKS: 備注 : a) Each member is limited a maximum of total five (5) entries daily from Method 2-5 (excluding free entry from Method 1 and Method 6). 5. Registration Status a) Registration is on first-come-first-served basis. b) Once the tournament registration meets the maximum capacity, message will be advertised at the Sands Rewards Counter and on internal advertising items located at all participating casinos. 6. 3 7. The Venetian Macau Limited Management reserves the right to amend the number of seats, session, winner of the tournament, tournament date and time base on the number of participation. Any changes will be posted at the Sands Rewards counters. 8. Eligible participants are required to present their receipt with valid ID (official identification documents such as passport, travel document or residence card) and their Sands Rewards membership card for tournament registration and seat assignment at the tournament registration counter during the registration period at Sands Casino, Venetian Casino, Himalaya Gaming and Parisian Gaming. 9. Participants have sole responsibility to find their qualification into session / round, start time and location of the session round. 10. No other individual or proxy will be allowed to play on behalf of the participants. 11. Participants must be in the specified tournament area ten (10) minutes prior to the start of their session time. Participants who miss their sessions or are not able to be present to join the tournament will be disqualified from the tournament. Unless at the sole discretion of management, makeup sessions will not be permitted. 12. Should Venetian Macau Limited discover fraudulent activity such as groups conspiring to affect the natural outcome of the game, Venetian Macau Limited retains the right to amend the prize money. Any changes will be clearly stated and will take effect on the day after the notification is placed. 13. The Grand Dragon Master Baccarat Championship Golden Dragon Baccarat tournament details are as below: a) In each Tournament day, each tournament location has approximately seven (7) hours of play in sit-and-go format and on a first-come-first-served basis. b) In each tournament day, the top fifty (50) participants with the highest tournament chips among all tournament locations shall receive the prize pool as follows according to their final ranking: Place Rewards Dollar (HK$) Promotional Chips (HK$) 1 st 40,000 40,000 2 nd 15,000 15,000 3 rd 5,000 5,000 4 th 4,000 4,000 5 th 10 th 2,500 (Each ) 2,500 (Each ) 11 th 17 th 1,400 (Each ) 1,400 (Each ) 18 th 50 th 400 (Each ) 400 (Each ) Daily Total : 204,000 c) Venetian Macau Limited Management reserves the right to reduce the daily prize pool at its own discretionary as follows: Reduce the daily prize amount by 25% if the number of total daily participants is less than 500 participants. Reduce the daily prize amount by 50% if they number of total daily participants is less than 250 participants. d) At the end of the daily tournament, Top 50 Participants with the highest tournament chips among all properties shall be the winners. If there are two or more participants having the same value of tournament chips within the Top 50 Participants, they are required to share the prize of that winning ranking. e) Tournament Result will be announced latest by 12:00am daily after the tournament finished. Winners are required to claim the prize at the designated Sands Rewards Counter before 12:00pm on the next day after the tournament result is announced, otherwise, prize will be forfeited. f) At the end of the Grand Dragon Master Baccarat Championship Golden Dragon Baccarat, top 2 participants with the highest tournament chips among all properties from each tournament week shall automatically be qualified to enter the Grand Dragon Master Baccarat Championship Diamond Dragon Baccarat. 4 g) If there are more than three participants having same final score of each tournament week which the top two winners placement could not be determined, the participants score(s) of that tournament week will be sum up and the two participants with the highest total score will be the top 2 winners. *if the top two placements still could not be determined by total score method, a lucky draw shall take place to determine the top two winner placements. h) Each weekly winner can only qualify to join the Grand Dragon Master Baccarat Championship Diamond Dragon Baccarat ONCE of the whole tournament. If same patron qualifies again in next tournament week, his/her qualification will be forfeited and the qualification will be top down to the next winner on that tournament week. Registration Details: 14. On day registration of each tournament commences thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the tournament. Registration is on first-come, first-served basis. 15. Each participant is limited to participate in the tournament at the same property where the registration is done (Venetian Casino, Sands Casino, Himalaya Gaming or Parisian Gaming). All re-buys are limited to be done at the same property where the first registration commences. 16. Participants must comply with the Terms and Conditions set forth by each property with regards to the designated program. Tournament Rules: 17. Tournament shall be based on rules of non-commission Baccarat. 18. Prior to the commencement of the tournament, HK$300,000 worth of tournament chips (tournament chips have no true monetary value and are used only for tournament purposes) will be distributed to each contestant at the designated table. 19. There can be a maximum of five (5) participants per each tournament table. 20. In the tournament, each session will consist of five (5) hands of play. Before the actual tournament starts, three (3) hands of the shoe will be free hands, in which no betting is allowed. All hands are dealt face up during the tournament by the dealer. 21. Each participant is required to make at least one minimum bet either on BANKER or PLAYER for every hand. 24. In each hand, participants are not permitted to bet on BANKER and PLAYER simultaneously. Participants are not permitted to bet on TIE/PAIR in lieu of BANKER or PLAYER. 25. Each participant is required to display his/her tournament chips in clear view of other participants and Gaming Officials at all times. Special Tool Lucky Card Regulations: 26. Prior to the commencement of the tournament, one (1) Special Tool Lucky Card will be distributed to each participant at the designated table. If a Golden Dragon logo is shown in the Special Tool Lucky Card, participant will win Additional HK$50,000 Tournament Chips and will be issued to the patron before the tournament session starts. 28. Used special tools will be collected by the Dealer regardless the result in the hand. 29. Participant may receive maximum one (1) of the Special Tool Lucky Card per tournament round. 30. Any unused special tool will be forfeited and collected by the dealer after tournament finished. 31. Participants are not permitted to borrow or loan tournament chips. Participants are not permitted to engage in conversation with audience. 32. Mobile phones are prohibited during the tournament period. 33. At the conclusion of the Tournament Session/Round, all participants must return remaining tournament chips to Gaming Official. 34. For any reason if a participant is required to leave the table during the Tournament Session/Round, the time of absence must not exceed two (2) hands or ten (10) minutes, whichever comes first, otherwise the participants will be disqualified from the tournament. In addition, participants shall not take the tournament chips when leaving the tournament table. A minimum bet will be deducted per hand during their time of absence. 35. The participant must become a member of Sands Rewards prior to claiming the prize won. 36. All prizes won will be paid to the winner in person. 37. Each contestant can only win once in each daily tournament. 38. If during the tournament period a participant/or a group of participants is observed offsetting bets (betting equal amounts on both player/banker) in order to gain an unfair advantage over other participant or any other action deemed of being suspected to violate the fairness of competition during the tournament than that game won t be considered towards the tournament records and will lead to disqualification from the tournament. 39. Venetian Macau Limited reserves the right to raise verbal warning to participant who is being suspected in any action violating the fairness of competition during the tournament. Neglection of the warning may lead to disqualification from the tournament. 40. Failure to adhere to the tournament rules will result in disqualification. 41. At the discretion of the Venetian Macau Limited Management, the prize pool may be added to in the form of cash, goods or services. 42. The Venetian Macau Limited Management may guarantee the prize pool based on a minimum number of entries being received. Should the number of entries be less than the minimum requirement, the casino operator may reserve the right to cancel the tournament. 43. The Venetian Macau Limited Management may cancel the tournament without reason or notice. In the event of cancellation, all buy-ins received will be refunded. 44. Employees, temporary employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Venetian Macau Limited, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this promotion, as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. 45. It is the responsibility of the members to ensure that the Sands Rewards membership card is inserted correctly into the slot machine and take out before the cut off time of the Points Earning Period, or handed to the table games supervisors for their play to be recorded. 6 46. Venetian Macau Limited reserves the right to amend any Terms and Conditions stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue the tournament at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Venetian Macau Limited. 47. System default or variance may occur which may affect the accuracy of point accumulation. The Venetian Macau Limited Management is not liable for any of the discrepancies or variances which may occur in points generated by the system due to computer malfunction or operational variances etc. Additionally, the Venetian Macau Limited Management is not responsible for any other errors arising out of the membership cards not being inserted or swiped properly. 48. Failure to adhere to the tournament rules will result in disqualification. 49. The Chinese version of these Terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
