2 VRWA 2018 Annual Conference & Trade Show Conference & Trade Show Information for Exhibitors Each exhibitor registration includes: One booth area (8 ft. by 5 ft.), including a 6 ft. table and 2 chairs (electricity included) One individual registration, which includes the networking luncheon with attendees List of all conference attendees VRWA s annual trade show is a resort facilitybased show with space for 50+ exhibitors. Attendees include public works directors, water and wastewater system managers and operators, board members, regulators, vendors, and others connected with the water/wastewater industry. Returning for 2018! Vermont Drinking Water Taste Contest Directions to Lake Morey Resort: From I-91 North, take Exit 15. The resort entrance road is just west of the exit. (Exit 15 is about 20 miles north of White River Junction) Sessions are interspersed throughout the day with plenty of breaks to encourage trips into the exhibit hall. Over 200 people are expected to attend. 17th Annual Golf Tournament Wednesday, May 9, 2018 Lake Morey Golf Course 12:30pm Shotgun Start Four Person Scramble Come join the fun! Form your own four-person team, or allow the pro shop to match you with other players. For those staying overnight at the resort under the Full Package Rate (the rate which includes your meals), golf is included in your package, and your tournament fee is just $60. For all others, the tournament fee is $90. VRWA is also offering tee box sponsorships. Please see the enclosed list of sponsorship opportunities. Exhibitor set-up begins after the tournament. Hotel Information The Lake Morey Resort is offering two options for exhibitors at VRWA's 2018 Annual Conference & Trade Show who require a room for the night of Wednesday, May 9: 1. Full Resort Package -- $179 single occupancy* ($139 per person, per night* for double occupancy) This rate includes the following: Your hotel room Dinner on May 9 (mingle with the VRWA board, team members and other industry representatives) Full breakfast in the dining room on May 10 Use of all resort amenities, including the pool and golf course (Please note that VRWA Golf Tournament fees are extra, although there is a discount for those on the full package rate). Hotel Room Only (special exhibitor-only rate, meals not included) -- $129/room single or double occupancy* For Reservations: Call the resort directly at and mention Vermont Rural Water. Please complete your reservations by April 1st. *Please be aware that a 20% service charge and 9% Vermont rooms and meals tax will be added to the quoted rates.

All benefits of Gold Sponsorship, plus; A sign posted in the dining room announcing your sponsorship of the luncheon. A one-page flyer (provided by you) in all attendee packets. Sponsorship acknowledgment during the lunch program. 2. Gold Sponsorship -- $250. All benefits of Silver Sponsorship, plus; A sign posted in the dining room announcing your sponsorship of breakfast.
