Participation Certificate All participants who complete the entire 180 holes of Mission Hills Golfathon 2018 will be awarded a participation certificate. Tournament Duration 1 st April st August 2018 Tournament Venue The Mission Hills Golfathon - Haikou will be played out over 10 Lava Rock courses, subject to availability (Blackstone, Sandbelt Trails, The Vintage, Stepping Stone-Par 3, Lava Fields, Meadow Links, The Preserve, Double Pin-Par 3, Stone Quarry and Shadow Dunes Course). The Golfathon Committee reserves the right to alter the match courses to meet its players needs. Eligibility to Enrollment Open to all amateur players. All players must properly register for the tournament by completing the Tournament Entry Form and submitting it to the Tournament Office of Mission Hills Haikou. Division/Handicap/Tee Box Division Age Handicap Tee Box Men Seniors 50 and above 24 or lower White Men or lower Blue Ladies 18 and above 36 or lower Red Junior-Boys* or lower Blue Junior-Boys* or lower Red Junior-Girls* or lower Red * Juniors are in the same division. All participants must have a valid proof of handicap. Players shall be grouped into the divisions according to their gender and age (as of 1 st January 2018). Men aged 50 and above with a handicap of 18 and below may declare to play in the Men s Division if they wish to tee off from the Blue Tee. This should be declared on the Entry Form. 2 / 6

3 Qualifying All players need to complete the 8 qualifying matches and two Par 3 courses on the Blackstone, Sandbelt Trails, The Vintage, Stepping Stone-Par 3, Lava Fields, Meadow Links, The Preserve, Double Pin-Par 3, Stone Quarry and Shadow Dunes Course on or before 31 st August After completion, the net score of the 8 qualifying matches shall be added together, giving the cumulative total net score of the player. (The Golfathon rounds are subject to computer system. The passport records are for reference only.) The players who give up the Grand Final can extend to complete 10 rounds by 30th September players shall qualify for the Mission Hills Golfathon Grand Final 2018: Men s Senior Division Net Score Top 5 Men s Division Net Score Top 10 Ladies Division Net Score Top 5 Juniors Division Net Score Top 5 Qualifying Format The format of play shall be 144 Holes Individual Double Peoria Stroke Play Competition. Grand Final The date of the Grand Final is scheduled on 14 th October 2018 (Sunday) (subject to change with prior notification) and shall be played over the Rose-Poulter Course. The overall Champion of the tournament shall be determined by the player with the lowest gross score in the final 18 holes competition and the net score prizes shall be determined in the New New Peoria format. The hole numbers for New New Peoria will be drew by the last player finishing the competition. A prize presentation dinner shall be arranged for all finalists. Iron Man Honor Award Challenge the 1st at the largest golf club in the world! Any player who can finish 8 qualifying matches and 2 par 3 courses within 5 days will be granted Iron Man Spirit Award and receive a Mission Hills Green Voucher (valid till 31st December 2018). Pairing To ensure acceptable scores, all pairings must be supervised by the Competition Committee in such a way that players shall act as markers for each other in each golf round. Therefore, a minimum of two players per flight is required. Tournament Result The decisions of the Tournament Committee and the Tournament Director regarding any disputes, rulings and results are valid and final. Golfathon Passport Passports will be issued by Clubhouse Services Office from 1st April ID Certificates will be required for the issuance of Golfathon passports. Golfathon passport is valid for holder ONLY. Any infringement will be forfeited without refund and the holder will be disqualified from the tournament. An administration fee of RMB100 for each Golfathon passport replacement shall be levied. Details please refer to Clubhouse Services Office at (86 898) ext or to: m&gofficehn@missionhillschina.com. 2. Tee Time Reservation Policy All participants are encouraged to reserve their tee time for the Golfathon rounds 10 days in advance in order to avoid disappointments. Tee time cancellation should be made 48 hours in advance. The Tournament Golfathon is limited to day golf competitions. All Green Vouchers can be used to redeem Green Fee for one round of golf in Haikou courses, excluding Blackstone Course and Lava Fields Course. Please refer to the coupon face for Terms & Conditions. 5. Golfathon Scorecard Golfathon scorecards will be issued at the Starter of each golf course. All participants are required to fill in their names, scores and the other details clearly and submit the scorecards into the Golfathon Scorecard Return Box in the clubhouse after playing each round. Failure to submit scorecards or submission of scorecards with unclear names, scores and other details will result in disqualification from the Golfathon Grand Final. 4 / 6

Incomplete Round For any Golfathon round that cannot be completed due to inclement weather and requires closure of the golf courses, the participant may opt to resume the golf round when the weather permits ONLY on the same day, or to void the incomplete Golfathon round. In the latter instance, the player needs to pay for the holes played: Property, Yearly Card players and Juniors at RMB300/18 holes actual holes, Guests at RMB580/18 holes actual holes. 7. Tournament Withdraw Policy Withdrawal of Entries is allowed subject to the following terms and conditions: Withdrawal before 1 st April 2018, no withdraw fee shall be levied. Withdrawal during 1 st April 2018 to 30 th September 2018, 15% of the entry fee shall be levied (however, during this period, withdrawal within 7 days of registration is allowed without withdraw fee). Withdrawal is only allowed before the first Golfathon round is played. A Withdraw Application Form must be filled in and signed by the participant and submitted to Clubhouse Services Office together with the Golfathon passport, green coupons and gifts (if applicable). Each withdraw application shall be subject to review and confirmation by Golfathon Committee according to above terms and conditions. Withdrawal of Entry is NOT allowed in the following conditions: If the participant has started or finished any of his/her Golfathon rounds, no withdrawal is allowed, and the entry fee is NOT refundable. No withdrawal is allowed after 30 th September Exclusive Policy Golfathon packages cannot be used in conjunction with golf outings and any other promotional offers. 9. Statement Mission Hills reserves the right to limit the number of entries and modify the terms and conditions herein and tournament rules and regulations anyway it deems fit and necessary at its full discretion. The Golfathon Committee reserves the right to disqualify any player for making a false statement or claim on the entry form or scorecard. Mission Hills reserves the right to interpret any of the tournament rules and regulations, terms and conditions set forth herein and makes decision on any disputes arising therefore which shall be final.
