The Club enjoys an intriguing rich history that began in 1922 in Champaign County where the Dye legacy of world famous golf course design got its start. We are committed to offering a relaxing and social environment. Our Dye Original golf course is unlike any other in the world. For over 25 years, Head Superintendent, Todd Sims, continues to deliver an exceptionally well maintained golf course that is perfectly suited to challenge golfers of all skill levels. Head Golf Professional, Bill Unger, will energize you to play more, practice and improve your game. He operates a well-stocked Golf Shop and coordinates a full season of fun, challenging golf events ranging from weekly leagues to champion style Member tournaments. Off the course, you can dine in our Grille Room, enjoy our Club Room with a full-service bar, reserve an intimate private dining experience in the Living Room, or host a special event or wedding in the Grimes Room. Chef Jonathan Kouse creates wonderful made-from-scratch menu items with many locally sourced ingredients. Our members rave about the food quality and his attention to detail that make your experience special. We have many social traditions at the Club; including the pool's opening on Memorial Day Weekend, the wide-ranging Fourth of July festivities, Easter Sunday Brunch, Live Jazz Nights held each month, our Halloween dinner party. There's something for everyone to enjoy! The Club s pool facilities include a six-lane heated pool with diving area and separate kids pool, staffed Memorial Weekend through Labor Day. Enjoy poolside lunches from our great menu and private lesson from our talented life guard staff. The Applicant agrees to pay an application fee of $500 and commit to a two year membership. 2. The Applicant will be liable for the payment of all dues and fees as established by the Club for the applicable membership classification for the entire membership or until the membership is cancelled as set forth herein below. The Applicant hereby agrees to be liable for any fees and/or charges incurred by the Applicant, the Applicant's spouse or designated user, their children, and their guests, including food and beverage, merchandise, guest fees for golf, tennis, pool and damage to Club property caused by the actions of the Applicant, the Applicant's spouse or designated user, their children, and their guests. 3.The Applicant agrees to comply with the provisions of the Application, the terms and conditions there to and with all rules and regulations promulgated by the Club and in effect from time to time. 4. All dues, fees and charges shall be billed to Applicant s credit card. All amounts due to the Club shall be payable upon receipt. Applicant agrees that the Club may charge a rate of 18% or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower, on any past due amounts owed the Club. If any payment is not received within 30 days, the Applicant hereby authorizes the Club to assess a finance charge on the past due balance. The Applicant shall pay any and all costs incurred by the Club in collecting any unpaid charges, including the Club's attorney's fees. 5. The Applicant agrees to maintain current billing address, billing mailing address and phone number with the Club s business office.
