1 Eagle Creek Men s Club 2018 Membership Information and Registration 2018 FEES AND STRUCTURE The membership fee for the 2018 season will be $130. Your membership will include entry fees to the four (4) tournament events AND the Club Championship. Your membership fee also covers expenses for handicap processing, website, supplies and administration fees. Green fees are NOT INCLUDED with membership. As a club member, you will be extended an open invitation to participate in all of the monthly tournaments, the season long match play tournament (additional entry fee), and the weekly chooseups. Members also receive a 15% discount on non-sale items in the Pro Shop. You will also be eligible to participate in the Club Championship pending eligibility status. Membership fees will be due no later than the first tournament of the season scheduled for May 6 th to be eligible for the Club Championship. WEBSITE / SOCIAL MEDIA The Men s Club has a home on the Internet, Instagram and Facebook. View news, schedules, and results from club events. You can even reprint registration information and forms from the web site if you misplaced your copy. The web sites are as follows: HANDICAP PROCEDURES Each member will receive an official handicap through Eagle Creek Golf Club is responsible for accurately posting ALL adjusted scores in a prompt manner. You will need to post scores on-line at the IGA Bluegolf handicap website listed below. If you have any questions about using the system, please feel free to call or ask the Pro Shop. WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENTS / PLAYER RESERVATIONS We will use (ecmensclub@gmail.com) and the voice mail system for all event announcements and player reservations for each week. The voice mail number is (317) You can make reservations starting at 8:00 am on the Monday prior each event. The cutoff time will be Thursday at NOON prior to the event. Please make you reservations early, as spots will fill up quickly.

2 TOURNAMENT / YEAR END PRIZES FROM EAGLE CREEK GOLF CLUB Eagle Creek Golf Club will generously donate gift certificate prizes for the Monthly Tournaments AND Club Championship during the 2018 season. Tournament winners will receive a $100 gift certificate during individual events and $75 gift certificates during team events. For the Club Championship, the Club Champion will receive a $200 gift certificate while the Net Champion will receive a $150 gift certificate. There will also be a prize for the overall Player of the Year that is determined by the overall player statistics throughout the season. Player of the Year will receive a $200 gift certificate at the end of the season to be utilized either during the remainder of the season or next season. All gift certificates can be used for golf, merchandise and food/beverages in the clubhouse. Additional details will be available based on tournament formats. WEEKLY CHOOSE-UPS The entry fee for choose-ups will range from $5 to $10 with all money being paid out at the end of each round. Usually $5 will go to the team or individual match, $3 will go into the optional skins game pot, and $2 will go to the optional Closest-To-Pin pot. We will use the voice mail system to announce and make reservations for these events. The date for the championship will be August 11 th and 12 th on the Sycamore Course. Round 1 will be a 7:30 a.m. Shotgun Start and Round 2 will begin at 7:30 AM with Standard Tee Times. To be eligible for the Club Championship, you must have your membership fee paid in full by May 12, Also, players must demonstrate an active membership in the club by playing in at least half of the choose-up events and/or 2 monthly tournaments.

3 2018 TOURNAMENTS Entry fees are included with your membership for these four (4) events. Prize money won in a tournament event will be cash payouts. Eagle Creek Golf Club has also added additional prizes for each Tournament. Gift certificates will be given to Tournament winners during the 2018 season to be used at any time. Prizes subject to change pending Tournament format. The 2018 tournament schedule is as follows: Tournament 1 May 12 th - 7:30 AM (Syc) Tournament 2 June 9 th 7:30 AM (Syc) Tournament 3 July 21 st 7:30 AM (Pines) Tournament 4 Sept. 22 nd 7:30 AM (Pines) 2018 SEASON LONG MATCH PLAY TOURNAMENT Once again, the Annual Season Long Match Play Tournament will be offered to each ECMC member for the 2018 season. This is an optional event and if you are interested in playing in the Season Long Match Play Tournament, please add $10 to your registration fees. Please see the additional information included in the registration below pertaining to the tournament. WALKING / RIDING / PLAY PASSES For the 2018 season, players will be allowed to either walk or ride in all events. If you plan to play in many or all of the ECMC events, may we suggest you buy a 10 or 20 play pass. Both riding and walking passes are available. Call the Eagle Creek Golf Club for details. HOLE-IN-ONE FUND As a member of the club, you have the option of joining the Hole-In-One Fund. The total is currently $915, not including upcoming entries for We will again sponsor a fund to be paid to the first member who makes an ace during any official Men's Club event. Eligible events include all weekly choose-ups, monthly tournaments, travel events, and the Club Championship. All new and existing members are welcome to join by adding $5 to the membership fee. SUMMARY Eagle Creek is one of the busiest courses in the area. We are very fortunate to have a facility of this caliber sponsoring our organization. 5 Eagle Creek Men's Club 2018 Season Long Matchplay Tournament Format - Match play with 100% Handicap. Each player will be seeded by handicap to determine their 1st round pairings. - Each round will consist of an 18 hole match. - Match brackets will be posted on the website. - $10 Entry Fee must be in by May 5th. - MUST be a member of the Eagle Creek Men's Club. Rules - Players are responsible for playing their match during the posted dates. - Matches can be played at any time as long as they are played at Eagle Creek. - If matches are not played by deadline, players are subject to forfeit of match. - Scores need to be turned in to Jason Andrews or Jerry Zumer. Prizes - Optional Trophy and 1st Place Payout to the Champion. - Runner-up and Semi-Finalist Payouts will be determined by total purse. May 5th - Registration and Entry Fee must be paid to enter. May 5th - First Round Matches begin. Brackets will be posted on the website. June 23rd - First Round Matches must be completed. May 28th - Second Round Matches begin.
