6 2017 Hill Crest Tennis Junior Team Program news The first team practice will be on Tuesday, June 6, Tuesday and Thursday Junior Team Clinics Junior Varsity 12:00 1:30 based on skill levels (generally ages 10-14) Varsity 1:30 3:00 based on skill level (generally ages 14-17) Cost of Program is $ for first child, $ for each additional child Non-members are not permitted to participate in team activities or clinics. All fees collected for junior team are to made payable to T. Goerk Enterprises. These fees are used to pay the assistant pros, David Bender and Alex Ferraccio, for lessons, match supervision, the occasional snack or party day, and balls for program use. Junior Team matches are scheduled for Friday afternoons. Not all students play in matches as it is limited to 6-8 players per level. I will try to get all students involved in at least 1-2 matches. I will require some carpooling and parental assistance with away matches to help with organization. There will be a pro present at away matches for supervision and coaching. Pros will not be permitted to drive children! More tennis news There will be additional Saturday JV and Varsity programming as well from 9:00 10:30 am and 10:30 12:00. This will be separate from team activities for an additional $10.00 per clinic. Any programming not team affiliated will be on your club account and will be billed as opposed to paying me directly. I will ask the kids to let me know if they are planning to attend so I can get pro coverage. Private lessons are available for $40.00 for members and $45.00 for non-members which includes a guest fee. Semi-private lessons are $50.00 and $ I am organizing Tot classes for ages 4-10 as well. They will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:00 and Saturdays from 8:00 9:00 am. ~Trent

9 Special Events Information BEREAVEMENT MEALS Hill Crest understands your needs in time of sorrow and we are available to relieve some of the burden by providing a variety of choices to accommodate you on a timely basis. We can provide you with a private room and you may choose from a selected menu or we will customize a menu for you. CATERING AND EVENTS Let us come to you! Not only does Hill Crest Country Club do great functions in house, we are also available to cater an event at your home, business, or park. Please call our Catering Manager Lisa Peel for more information and she will provide you with the information you may need. A friendly reminder to mention to your friends - you do not have to be a member to have an event at Hill Crest Country Club. MEALS TO GO Call and ask for the Room and place your order for your lunch or dinner to be picked up at your convenience. School and Sporting Celebrations Hill Crest has always been proud to help our local students with celebrating their achievements. If you are a parent of a group that would like to celebrate those achievements, we have the facilities to assist you. For groups of 25 to 250, we are the place for you. Please call for information.
