2 GOLF AMENITY MEMBERS Union League members who subscribe to full golf privileges are entitled to the following: Golf Unlimited access to the golf course and practice facility Members may book tee times 45 days in advance Members may have up to five (5) tee times reserved at any one time Golf cart fees of $30.00 per player for 18-holes or $15.00 per player for 9-holes It is suggested that each group take a caddie or a forecaddie with golf carts when available before 2:00pm Complimentary golf instruction in the form of golf lessons and instructional clinics Limit two (2) lessons and two (2) instructional clinics per week per person Guest Usage Members may not bring the same guest more than five (5) times per season Guests are permitted to access the range when accompanied by a full golf amenity member Guest greens fee is $75.00 per player (9-hole guest greens fee is $37.50) Unaccompanied guest groups may be scheduled for a greens fee of $ per player and must be accompanied by a caddie or forecaddie. (From the months of November through April, the out-of-season guest greens fee rate is $50 per player. Caddies are not required at this time but are available upon advanced request.) 3 Ladies Beginner Program Instead of joining an 18-holers or 9-holers program, we will have a no-holers group! We will introduce new ladies to the game through social events, wine tastings and rules of golf nights, Torresdale walk-through, trunk shows, etc. We plan to offer an enjoyable approach to learning golf and enjoying the club. Torresdale s 30 and 3 program For those brand new to the game, we will offer 30 minutes of instruction followed by 3 holes on the course accompanied by a pro. Groups of 12 will learn the basics and how to use our course in a manageable way. Junior Golf (children ages 7 to 18) Junior camps, weekly clinics, team events, tournaments and interclub trips will all be available for children ages 7 through 18. Junior golfers in a family subscribing to the full golf amenity are permitted to bring one junior friend to play and practice at Torresdale at no charge.

4 NON-GOLF AMENITY MEMBERS Union League members who have not subscribed to the full golf privileges may utilize Torresdale in the following ways: Golf Non-golf amenity members may play no more than five (5) times per season at a member rate of $75.00 per time Each non-golf amenity member is required to take a caddie or forecaddie with golf carts when available before 2:00pm unless accompanied by a golf amenity member Practice Facility Available at a fee of $10.00 per visit Non-golf members may not use the practice facility when full golf members are receiving instruction Instruction Access to one complimentary golf lesson per calendar year. All following golf lessons will be charged the full rate of the instructor Access to one complimentary golf instructional clinic per calendar year. All following attended clinics will be charged at for each attended clinic Guest usage Guest greens fee rate of $ per player (9- hole guest greens fee is $75.00) Unaccompanied guest groups are not permitted for non-golf amenity members Guests are not permitted to use the practice facility with or without members

5 GOLF OUTINGS AND GROUPS Full day outings are limited to Mondays only and require 80 to 144 players Monday golf outings require 88 or more players Custom group instructional clinics and camps are available Business Meetings and Events Menus are selected from the current banquet menus. All applicable service charges and fees will apply. Proper dress is required. No blue jeans, cargo shorts, or t-shirts allowed and all shirts must have a collar. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES Pool All members may enjoy complimentary use of the pool during hours of operation within the pool season of Memorial Day to Labor Day Dining All members may enjoy dining privileges in all dining venues Events All members may host private events in the banquet rooms.
