1 COLONIAL COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS 1. Each application must have two (2) sponsor member signatures. (One must be a stock holding member) Applications must be requested or obtained by a current member through the business office. 2. Each application must be accompanied by a $ deposit. (This money will be deposited upon approval of the applicant at the board meeting; held the third Tuesday of each month.) 3. Each application must be posted on the bulletin board for seven (7) days prior to the board meeting. 4. Upon approval, a call will be made to assign the applicant a membership number the day after the board meeting. Use of the Club is permitted immediately. A formal letter of approval is sent by mail the same day. 5. Each applicant will then be billed the remainder of their applicable initiation fees at the end of the month, as per our usual billing cycle. (Club dues are billed in advance, therefore the following month's dues will be included on this statement.) Example: June dues are billed May 31st. 4 Current Membership Information April 15, 2014 Individual Family $250 Initiation Fee. Monthly dues $250. Includes a $1, purchased membership certificate. $40 monthly food minimum (billed quarterly). $10 per month Capital Improvement Fee applies to all membership categories. Floating monthly Debt Service Fee ($23-$30) depending on membership numbers. Entitled to use all club facilities. Corporate Sponsored Membership 2 memberships $ 8, (2 certificates) 5 memberships $15, (5 certificates) 3 memberships $10, (3 certificates) 6 memberships $16, (6 certificates) 4 memberships $13, (4 certificates) 7 memberships $17, (7 certificates) All corporate sponsored prospective members must go through the standard application process and purchase their own stock certificate. Upon leaving the Company, the individual would maintain a membership and certificate. However, the corporation maintains a membership slot available to the next executive of their corporation who applies for membership, is accepted into Colonial, and purchases a $1, membership certificate. No additional initiation fee is required other than the individual stock purchase once the corporation has paid for their initial memberships. ** Total number of Corporate Sponsored Memberships will not exceed 50. Reinstatements Previous full members who left in good standing, and had fully paid all initiation fees, and has been a non-member for at least 12 months, may apply to reinstate their membership by paying a $ reinstatement fee and purchasing a $1, membership certificate. Previous full members who have not fully paid the initiation fees, may apply to reinstate by paying a $ reinstatement fee, purchasing a $1, membership certificate, and continuing the initiation payment plan where it was left off. Social Members $100 initiation fee. Monthly dues $137.50, $40.00 monthly food minimum, which is billed quarterly. Limited to play golf twice per month (once on a weekend, and once on a weekday) from April thru November and six times per month from December thru March. There is also a reduced green fee of $15.00 on a weekday for 18 holes and $25.00 on a weekend for 18 holes. $10 per month Capital Improvement Fee applies to all membership categories. Floating monthly Debt Service Fee ($11-$15) depending on membership numbers. Social Member status change to Regular Full Member Any social member may take advantage of the opportunity to upgrade to a full membership by applying whatever they paid in initiation fees to any of the plans offered. ** All current members who recruit new regular members will receive $ cash as an incentive credit. 5 Effective April 15, 2014 Junior Membership Program Junior 1: Ages $145/month plus food minimum, capital improvement and debt service fees Junior 2: Ages $175/month plus food minimum, capital improvement and debt service fees $ Initiation Fee Upon reaching age 32 the membership will be upgraded to a full Regular member and full dues will apply. In addition, there is a $40.00 monthly food service minimum (billed quarterly) that applies to all members. Monthly $10.00 Capital Improvement Fee is applied to all memberships. The individual will be billed for all other charges incurred including quarterly food minimum. Upon leaving the Corporation, the individual would maintain the membership and be responsible for all dues and charges.
