1 Sponsorship Opportunities 3 year commitment Sponsors who are willing to commit to a 3 year sponsorship deal will receive a discount of 10% each year on their sponsorship (up to a maximum of $250 for each year). Advertising receipt for $ Golf Ball Marker Sponsor (1 Sponsor Call for availability) $ Company logo on 150 ball markers, both sides (1 for each registrant). Each marker is approx. 1.5 in diameter and made of clay. Advertising receipt for $500 (no tournament passes). Hole-in-One Sponsor (4 Sponsors Call for availability) $ Display product (car, boat, etc.) at the hole (if desired). Signage at the hole. Insurance will be provided. If sponsor wishes to provide their own insurance, the cost will be deducted from the $ Major Prize Sponsor $ $ Cash donations are accepted towards the purchase of a major prize(s) that will be part of an auction at the banquet. Company name and logo displayed at prize location. Recognition when prize(s) awarded. Tax receipt for amount donated.

4 Company Logo Sponsor Cost TBD Articles (towels, shirts, hats, water bottles, etc.) with company logos can be created upon request. Cash Contributions and Prizes All cash contributions and prize donations will be gratefully accepted and contributors will be acknowledged in the program (charitable receipts will be provided for all cash contributions greater than $10). Donors who make cash donations of $500 to $999 will receive two free tournament passes and a charitable receipt for the amount of the donation less $240 (or for the full amount of the donation if tournament passes are not desired). Donors of $1000 or more will receive four tournament passes and a receipt for the amount of the donation less $480 (or for the full amount of the donation if tournament passes are not desired). Tax receipts for goods in kind can be issued upon request for prize donations that are valued at $200 or more. Any questions regarding sponsorships can be directed to: David Friesen: Kelly Dyck: Please note: MCC is no longer able to provide charitable donation receipts for sponsorships as a result of Canadian Revenue Agency rules. However, sponsorship costs can be claimed as an advertising expense when filing income tax. For this purpose, receipts will be issued showing the sponsored amount. Charitable receipts will still be issued for donations that do not include company signage at the tournament.
