Phil will distribute room keys at a table near the front desk. ORIENTATION MEETING - 5:00 P.M. (Taos Room) Optional $20 per day buy-in for side pots. Free raffle at the end of the meeting. Many great prizes. A keg of beer will be available in the Taos room from 5:00 to 10:00 compliments of the hotel. TUESDAY, OCT. 23 rd GOLF - El Rio G.C. The checks will just be held, and not cashed until necessary. CANCELLATION POLICY : If you have to cancel, we will return any portion of your fee that M.M.G.C. has not, or will not be charged for based on hotel and golf course policies.
