Upon membership approval, installments billed prior to your acceptance date are due in full. The remainder of the dues balance will be billed according to the installment billing schedule beginning the month membership is approved. Dues payments must be current before playing privileges will be extended in the spring. If scheduled payments are not received by the last day of the month, interest will be charged at 1.5% per month. FAMILY Dues $5,400 This membership entitles you and your family to all activities of the club. The membership holder is the Voting Member. Members of a full family membership do not pay green fees. Children or grandchildren of the membership holder will be included under a family membership up to age 24. Responsible for a $60/month food minimum fee. Children over the age of 16 may play without restrictions. ASSOCIATE FAMILY Dues $4,300 This membership is for years old including Legacy members. golf entitles you and your family to all activities of the club. The membership holder is the Voting Member. Members of a full membership do not pay green fees. Children or grandchildren of the membership holder will be included under a family membership up to age 24. SINGLE Dues $3,900 This membership entitles you to all activities of the club. The membership holder is the Voting Member. The membership holder of a membership does not have to pay green fees. The membership holder is the Voting Member. The membership holder of an Junior membership does not have to pay green fees. No food minimums. No restrictions on play times. In the fiscal year the membership holder turns 35, associate golfing dues and current initiation fees will apply. Cannot play during stockholder times. $15.00 green fee per day. Responsible for a $60/month food minimum fee. No capital assessment fees. TWILIGHT GOLF FAMILY Dues $2,150 This membership entitles you and your family to all activities of the club. Twilight members do not have voting rights. Twilight Members may play after 3 p.m. without paying a green fee. Members who wish to play outside of the designated twilight time, before 3:00 p.m., will pay established green fee - $50 for 18 holes and $30 for 9 holes and will be considered a social golfer and will be restricted to playing during non-stockholder times. Twilight golf members may not enter club tournaments except for those specified in the Tournament Handbook. Children or grandchildren of the membership holder will be included under a family membership up to age 24. Responsible for a $60/month food minimum fee. TWILIGHT GOLF SINGLE Dues $1,600 This membership entitles you to all activities of the club. Twilight Golf members do not have voting rights. Twilight Members may play after to 3 p.m. without paying a green fee. Members who wish to play outside of the designated twilight time, before 3:00 p.m., will pay established green fee - $50 for 18 holes and $30 for 9 holes and will be considered a social golfer and will be restricted to playing during non-stockholder times. Twilight golf members may not enter club tournaments except for those specified in the Tournament Handbook. Responsible for a $60/month food minimum fee. May & October - $600 per month - $800 per month LIMITED TIME June, July, August, September = $1,000 per month = $1,400 per month Limited Time members may join for a minimum of a 4-week increment during the months of May-October. Limited Time members are restricted to playing during non-stockholder times. Limited Time members will be responsible for a $120/month food minimum.

4 HOUSE & RANGE Dues $900 This membership may use the clubhouse dining areas, banquet facilities and participate in all non-golf related club events. The range option gives the main membership holder full use of the range and practice facilities. members do not have access to the practice areas. House members may play twice per month paying the guest green fee and will be considered a social golfer and will be restricted to playing during non-stockholder times. Responsible for a $60/month food minimum fee. HOUSE Dues $500 This membership may use the clubhouse dining areas, banquet facilities and participate in all non-golf related club events. House members do not have voting rights, driving range, putting or practice area privileges. House members may play twice per month, paying the guest green fee and will be considered a social golfer and will be restricted to playing during non-stockholder times. Responsible for a $60/month food minimum fee. CORPORATE Dues This membership shall be available to any bona fide corporation or partnership carrying on an active business apart from the Club membership. Option for either a Membership or Memberships only. Such membership shall be comprised of three or more memberships, each of whom must be an officer, director, owner, partner or fulltime employee of the corporation. This membership entitles you (and your family) to all activities specified within the membership option of your choice. All Corporate members are responsible for a $60/month food minimum, per membership. No restrictions on play times. PREVIEW MEMBERSHIP Dues $500 This membership will have access to all Dining areas, Golf Shop, range and use of locker rooms. Preview members do not pay green fees. Preview members may also participate in any tournament taking place during the 6-week period and may play during stockholder times. All charges must be paid for at the time of service via credit card. Duration: 6 weeks (upon course opening). *$500 will be credited towards the first-year dues payment if the preview member decides to stay. Membership applications must be filled out along with dues payment and sent to the Board for approval before the Preview Membership will be activated. Limited to two years. Must be 18 years old to hold a preview membership. LEGACY Dues $1,600 (See categories listed above for dues structure and membership rules) This membership is for the sons and daughters of members, up to age 30, who are no longer allowed to play as family members. Sons and daughters must apply within 1 year after reaching age 24, i.e. before reaching 25. Legacy members will receive priority over other prospective associate members as it relates to the limit of 20 members, years old.

6 Guest Policy Members must play with their guest(s). Golf members, in all golf categories, are welcomed to invite guests. Members may bring up to seven (7) guests without having Golf Professional approval. All guests must play with the member, during the member's permitted playing times. Guests cannot play during restricted voting member preferred times. The spouse or family member of a single golfer is allowed to use the social facilities of the club and may play golf twice a month by paying a guest green fee. An individual, a non-member, can visit the Purpoodock golf course no more than twice in a month, other than during Member Guest. Guests are not permitted to use the Practice Tee unless playing with a member on the course. Purpoodock Club 2018 guest green fees are $70 for 18 holes and $35 for 9 holes. Monthly Assessments Club assessments will also begin immediately upon acceptance. Memberships are responsible for a $60/month food minimum. Junior & Junior are exempt from minimums. All Limited Time Memberships are responsible for a $120/month food minimum. In September of 2014 the Board established capital dues in the following amounts: $270 per year for Golfing members and $70 per year for House members. This will be billed in three equal assessments in the months of April, June and August These funds are used for capital improvements for the club. Limited Time memberships are exempt from Capital Assessments for the 2018 season. For all Memberships Any child under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult member on the golf course and must observe the clubhouse rules with regard to minor children. Members may add on a Range Membership. Prices vary depending on membership category, and by family size. Please see Incidental Schedule for range options. Application must include 1 letter of sponsorship from a current full golf member and 1 letter of personal reference. Initial dues payment is to be made by check or money order only and is required upon submitting an application for approval.
