27 SUMMARY OF FORMS The following pages contain samples of the forms in use. In summary: 1. The Team Advice list is provided as a service to Clubs and is not compulsory. Teams may be listed on any paper but must be in GA handicap order, have both GA and Daily handicaps listed, and indicate playing order (if different from GA order). These forms are filled in by hand by the Team Captain. They are solely for use on the day and need not be returned to the Pennant Coordinator. 2. The Match Result Form is the equivalent of a competition scorecard. It is filled out prior to hit-off by the host Club from the team information supplied by each team. Many Clubs give this form to the starter to announce the players. Scores are added when reported by players. After all games are completed, as with a scorecard, it is the Team Captain s responsibility to ensure that the handicap and results on the form are correct, and then sign it as the agreed results. 3. The Summary Results Sheet allows the results to be shared with all Clubs via the Website. It is generally filled out electronically (on a laptop or similar) as the results come in and then saved and ed to the Pennant Coordinator. This allows for prompt posting to the Website. If Clubs prefer to complete this by hand it is critical that the document be legible in reproduction as it will be posted to the Website as it is presented. The host Club must therefore scan the completed document (as a PDF document) and to the Pennant Coordinator. There is no capacity to fax the results. Results will not be faxed or ed to Clubs. All Team Captains, Pennant Coordinators, Club Captains and players can view, download and/or print the Summary Results Sheets from the website at The path is Zone Pennant>North Coast Zone and the exact page link is When Clubs the Results Summary to the Pennant Coordinator by 6pm on the day of play, the results will be posted on the website that evening.
