Based on login, a Club Manager can have access to all features while Reservation Staff can use just the tee-time management sections. The calendar design tee sheet is super easy to make teetimes live and review the bookings

5 MAKE IN-HOUSE BOOKINGS PROCESS BOOKINGS DIRECTLY AT THE CLUB Besides managing your online teetimes, GOLF CITIZEN Partner Portal also supports In-House bookings by using the TEE SHEET available on the system. Someone could walk up to the reservation desk and book a round of golf at your club. The reservation team can quickly take the booking and payment & confirm the booking on the system. A booking confirmation will then be sent to the customer instantly.

6 SUPPORT TEE-TIME REQUESTS AN EASY AUTOMATED TEE-TIME REQUEST AND SUPPORT Customers may not always find a suitable tee-time of their choice available online on GOLF CITIZEN or the Club may not wish to make all tee times available online for various reasons. To support such a customer or a tee-time situation, we have a fully based automated Request Tee-Time (RTT) Feature on our website which is supported on the Partner Portal Player requests a tee-time thats not available online. Club gets an HOW DOES THIS WORK? notification and respond with tee-times via the system. This response automatically sends another with tee time options and with a link to make payment and confirm booking

7 SUPPORT MUTIPLE RATES One of our USP's is that we support member-type rates via GOLF CITIZEN Play. If a member at the Club is registered as GOLF CITIZEN, he/she can get their membership verified by the club. Once verified they will see rates on GOLF CITIZEN Play that is applicable to their membership-type. All the member rates are controlled by the back-office where the reservation staff can easily add or remove different member-type rates. The same rates are shown real-time to a matching member-type accessing the online booking system. These rates are also available during the in-house booking process and can speed up the booking process

In order to support Clubs we have developed an innovative technology for Clubs to not just set up regular fixed tee-time rates but also the ability to monetize last minute bookings as well as provide the facility for dynamic pricing of rates through our GOLF CITIZEN WHAT DOES LAST MINUTE MEAN? Many a times, we have run into a scenario where the Golfer decides to cancel one or more of the players in the booking or the entire booking itself or even request to reschedule the booking. All this can be a lot of hassle and phone calls too for the club to manage. We think we have found an automated solution to this problem. We have a new feature on GOLF CITIZEN through which a Golfer can remove players, cancel or reschedule his booked tee-times yet abiding by the set cancellation policy at the club. All the changes are recorded, additional payments are taken or discounts are given and clearly indicated to the reservation team at the Club in the Booking History, making it easier for the club to understand this age old complex predicament

22 LIVESCORING & LEADERBOARD FOLLOW THE ACTION AS IT HAPPENS Events platform supports livescoring capabilities. We support both organizer and player scoring options within the platform. The organizer can create multiple accounts and allow for designated users to run live scoring at all or specific holes on tournament. If players are provided with smart devices, even they can score each others real-time instead of the traditional paper scorecard. The live scores are available for everyone to see as soon as the first set of scores are added on EVENTS website and mobile app easily during and after the tournament.

23 EVENT NEWS AND MEDIA GALLERY FOLLOW UP ON EVENT INFORMATION AND MEDIA Dedicated News and Media sections on the Tournament pages, allow for players, media personnel as well as users to follow up on the latest news updates, as well as image/video content from the Tournaments. These updates can be posted directly from the organizer accounts and also allows for downloads. This is a great way to share information real-time on the events with your target audience.

24 PRIVATE EVENTS RUN IN-HOUSE AND PRIVATE EVENTS SECURELY We understand that not everyone would like to publicize their tournaments on our platform. To support private or memberonly events, we also have the option to secure the event on EVENTS website with a specific URL and a passwordonly access. This means that you can host the event on our platform, manage all the tournament elements within it and share the link and password for the events with the desired audience. When someone with this information visits the link, they see a password page and on entering the password they can see the event details enter the tournament.

25 EVENTS MOBILE APP SUPER EASY ACCESS VIA IOS AND ANDROID The dedicated Mobile app for GOLF CITZEN Events is now available on both Android Play Store and the Apple App Store. The first version of the App is focussed on players and visitors to the various tournaments. Apart from providing a way to filter various tournaments, it allows for players to follow live leaderboard, see hole-by-hole information and enter tournament easily. The next version of the app will support live scoring for players and mobile tournament manage for organizers as well.

27 BOOK GOLF LESSONS ONLINE LEARNING GOLF JUST MADE MORE CONVENIENT We are launching our latest service offering, GOLF CITIZEN Learn. As the name suggests, this platform allows for Golf Professionals, Golf Academies or any other golf teaching organization to list their lessons online. Golfers can then book, confirm and pay for these lessons online.

28 DEDICATED BACKOFFICE CREATE AND MANAGE TEACHING PACKAGES EASILY The dedicated back-office allows the partners (academies or teaching professionals) to easily create their teaching packages. Each package could contain a series of lessons too. All other elements on the website such as the information and images are also uploaded here. 29 LEARN MOBILE APP BOOKING LESSONS ON THE GO Just as our other services, we are already in the designing stage of a mobile app for GOLF CITIZEN Learn. This will allow for easy access to Golfers to book lessons. The app will also track and reminds users about lessons schedules. Additionally, the app will provide a dedicated feedback oriented golfer improvement zone.
