9 Conditions of Entry The Committee has the right to delete, defer or alter the programme & Rings on the day. Juniors may compete in open classes unless specified. Open classes will not be held up for juniors, the junior ring will not wait for competitors to compete in the open ring. All people entering the grounds, competitors and handlers, do so voluntarily. Neither the organizing committee nor the Australian Stock Horse Soc Ltd accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. All Colts & Stallions must be handled and ridden by a person 18yrs & over. Colts & Stallions must be shown in a bit, wear a collar when tied and be double tied. Handlers & competitors must be suitably attired according to the ASH Handbook. No Joggers allowed. Maiden Hack/ Working is a horse that has not won a hack/ working class at any show or similar except wins in youth, consolation and restricted age. Novice Hack / Working a horse remains a Novice until it has won 3 novices or an Open hack/ working class at any show or similar event. All Competitors under 18yrs of age must wear an Australian Stock Horse approved equestrian Helmet in all events Including Led & Junior Handler Classes. Junior Judging Optional. All competitors must be Financial members of the Australian Stock Horse Society or pay Temporary Membership of $40.00 Senior and $15.00 Junior (Payable once only for the weekend, receipt must be produced on demand) Futurities Entries Close 20 th October Entry Fee and Copies of Registration Papers must accompany nominations All horses will be inspected Friday broadcasting box, membership cards & registration papers must be made available at this time.
