1 AQHA/NQHA The Dutch Championship 2018 Welcome at the Dutch Championship 2018 AQHA approved show double judged split/combined. Location Arena: Manege Het Keelven, Kuilvenweg 4, 5912 GX, Someren Showmanager: Roelie Van De Krol, Showsecretariaat: Deadline Entry: August 28, 2018 (date of receiving entry). After this date no new horses (start numbers) will be accepted. Existing combinations can apply for extra classes on the show itself (except NQHA Futurity/Maturity and NQHA Jackpot classes) with 10,- late fee for each class. Extra classes: Stallion Service Auction 2018& NQHA Futurity 2018 classes. Added money Futurity with more than 5000,-- euro in cash. Futurity classes: 3 & 4 years, Maturity: 5 & 6 years. Horses who will enter in 2/3 year old longe line and 2/3 year old in trail hand are not allowed to start under saddle. In the Green and Novice Amateur and Novice Youth Classes no Dutch Championships title will be awarded. Jackpot classes 75% payback. This are all-breed classes. Conditions of the entrees: Use a new entry form for every rider/horse combination. To take part in an AQHA show, send a copy of valid AQHA membership card (both sides), copy front side AQHA Registration Certificate of the horse. The organization is not responsible for any lost or delayed mail. Send your entry by All Show Fee is per division in AQHA classes only: Open or Amateur or L1 Amateur or Youth. NQHA Futurity/Maturity classes: rider and owner have to be NQHA member. Futurity Weanling classes: only possible when the weanling is registered by the AQHA. Send us a copy. Stalls need to be paid in advance. When you send the stable reservation form you will receive a link to pay your reservation with Ideal(netherlands) Bankcontact (Belgium) and Sofort ( Germany). During the show: Warming-up in the show arena during the show will happen on notice of show manager. Longing is only allowed at the longing area. A hat or Helmet and start number are mandatory at all times in the arena s. The time schedule published by show management is tentative. Riders are responsible for being at the gate on time. Stallion Service Auction: Stallions can be enrolled in the Dutch SSA with SSA entry form till the deadline of August 28, Dutch Champion NQHA: The Dutch Championship is a double judged *S/C* show: two judges will judge at the same time. Besides the results of show 1 and 2, there will be awarded the

2 title Dutch Champion, which will be determined by the results of show 1 and 2.In case of a tie, the tie judge will determine the Dutch Champion. To be eligible for Dutch Champion, rider and owner have to be NQHA members. NQHA membership can be bought at the show for 55 euro. This will be valid till 31 December The title Dutch Champion will only be awarded if there are at least 3 starts in the class. Payments can be done in cash or with a Dutch bankcard, no creditcards. Take your horse s passport with you, as your AQHA membership card and copy of horse s AQHA Registration Certificate. Enrolled riders will receive a Statement: overview of enrolled classes and fees. Cancelled (starts ) will not be refunded, unless in case of a medical reason with proof! & days before the shows also with a medical reason the stall, office fee and camping need to be payed. Please call or the secretary. Stalls and office fee will never be paid back. Otherwise you will receive a bill afterwards. **DISCLAIMER** Cancelled enrolments and reservations will be fully charged.
