4 NO CREDITS ON ENTRY FEES AFTER CLOSING DATE WITHOUT A VET CERTIFICATE No Change Of Rider/Handler Is Allowed Without Advising The Show Office At Least One Hour Prior To The Event Taking Place. In writing. Total Entry Fees Must Be Forwarded With Official Entry Form. No exceptions. Only Contestants In The Specific Classes And Show Officials Will Be Allowed In The Competition Arena Or Marshalling Area During The Judging. This Show Will Be Run Under AAA / AQHA / HSAA Rules Please Send Indemnity And Horse Declaration Form In With Entry Form Show Management may exclude horses from competition should there be any unnecessary delay on the part of the exhibitor in bringing the horse into the competition arena. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to present themselves at the competition arena gate when called. Failure to report on final call will result in disqualification from the class. Entry fees are then forfeited without any liability to the show organizers/committee. Riders & Handlers must be correctly attired at all time including western hat/correct safety helmet and riding boots. Any person not correctly attired will not be allowed into the Show arenas. Protests must be made in writing to the show secretary and be lodged within 30 minutes of the completion of the disputed event. A cash fee of $50.00 must accompany any protest. No alcohol is allowed in, or can be consumed in the marshalling areas, working arenas or show pen/contest areas. Competitor s/participants at any event run by (Perth Regional Appaloosa Club Inc) have a responsibility to ensure the welfare of their horses and at all times to treat their horses humanely and with dignity, respect and compassion. Competitors/participants are to conduct themselves in a professional manner and act with integrity in all dealings with the Affiliate and other competitors. To uphold the rules and regulations of the (Perth Regional Appaloosa Club Inc) and the AQHA at all times. Competitors/participants are to demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times, showing respect for your fellow competitors and officials, following the rules and to treat people the way you yourself wish to be treated All youth competing or taking part in an AQHA approved event, must have written permission from their parent/guardian to be at that event as a contestant or participant and in the case of a contest, the parent/guardian must also sign the entry form. All youth competing or taking part in an AQHA approved event, must be in the care of a responsible adult who is in attendance for the duration of that event, whilst the youth is in attendance at that event.
