Superintendent Draft Horses Light Horse Shannon McKinzie-Scott (360) Alice Heller (360) Nancy Alexander (415) ENTRY RULES Please also see the General Rules of the Fair. Please only one horse per entry form. An entry fee of $8 per horse, per class will be charged. Stall Decorating is encouraged ribbons awarded to 6 th Place. Premiums to be paid second week of September following Fair. SPECIFIC RULES: 1. Exhibitors must read the General Rules document that also contains the General Animal Health Requirements, available on the Fair s website. 2. The Horse Office will open on Tuesday, August 1, Wednesday, August 2, and Thursday, August 3, 9 am to 5 pm. Pre-Registered Horses read General Rules for pass Information. 3. All times listed in the horse show schedule are approximate. 4. Stalls: $19.00 per day. Stalls may need to be bedded because of prior horse shows. Bedding is available. All horses must be examined and passed by the veterinarian check before showing or taken into barns. Stalls are to be used for exhibit during the Clark County Fair. 5. Show attire required and helmets recommended in all classes. 6. All animals stabled must be shown. 7. All animals staying overnight must be stabled. 8. All stalls must be occupied during the rental period. Stall reservations will be paid in advance. 9. Halter Horses ONLY may show out of trailer, but vehicles must be off grounds before 10:00 a.m. 10. All protests must be accompanied by a $150 fee and given to the appropriate Horse Superintendent in writing. 11. All parking locations, pattern of parking and the right to park in the horse area will be determined by the Arena Manager. 12. Any unauthorized parking could result in the removal of vehicles and trailers and elimination from the Fair. 13. Remember that dogs are not allowed on the Fairgrounds. Exception: Service dogs and show animals. 14. Management reserves the right to cancel or combine classes in any horse show. 15. Management will excuse any horse and/or rider for animal abuse, profane language or other inappropriate behavior. 16. See individual sections for mandatory vet inspection times.

Western attire required. 8:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. Vet check Open Show Contestants 8 a.m. SATURDAY, AUGUST 5 DIVISION 151: OPEN PERFORMANCE SHOW Manager: Shannon McKinzie-Scott (360) :00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. Vet. check Open Show Contestants High Point: 10 & under, 11-13, 14-18, 19 & over, Novice rider, Green Horse, Halter Champion, Trail. Novice Rider not to have won three blue ribbons in their respective division. Refunds will be given if excused from a division by the judge. Class in BOLD do not count toward High Point. Exhibitors must be 18 years of age to show stallions. PAC APPROVED CLASS: Division 151 Class: Stall decorating encouraged. Ribbons to 6 th Place, Trophy to top display.
