Declaration: Declarations will close at the time and date designated on the condition sheet of the Host Track. Declaration fees shall be due at the time of declaration and payable before the horse starts. Declaration fees should be made payable to the Host Track. There are no refunds for scratched horses. At the time of declaration, horses declared to race in these events must have a past performance line that meets the current qualifying standard for stakes and/or added money races at the Host Track. Notice: USTA Rule 11 Sec 3 provides: Failure to make any payment required by the conditions constitutes an automatic withdrawal from the event. Racing Conditions: The twelve (12) highest money winners (USTA records) that declare will race at the distance of a mile and one eighth. If ten or fewer declare the race will be at one mile. If a consolation can be filled with sufficient wagering interests, that may be raced for 25% of the total purse pool before entry fees are added and the main event will race for 75% of the total purse pool before entry fees are added. Entry fee for the consolation will be $1,000. Any horse that is declared for this race but does not draw in either eve nt due to the above condition (including a horse drawn as also eligible that does not draw into the race) and meets the track s qualifying standards for the race will have their nomination and sustaining fees refunded in full and shall NOT be liable for the entry fee. Money Division: One-percent of the purse will be awarded to each horse finishing sixth through last. The balance of the purse shall be distributed 50% - 25% - 12% - 8% - 5%. Disputes: All owners, trainers and drivers of horses nominated to this event must be accepted to participate at each Host Track or the nomination/entry may be denied without refund of previous payments. Any change of trainers made fewer than 30 days or within four starts of the date of this race will be reviewed by the sponsor. If such change is not accepted, it may result in refusal of entry. Sponsors reserve the right to amend these conditions as deemed necessary without liability. Rules: A minimum of seven (7) separate interests may be required in any event or the event may be cancelled. All starters are subject to the detention policy of the Host Track. The rules of the Host Track and its state Racing Commission along with the USTA shall govern unless otherwise specified in these conditions. These races are subject to the Stallion Restriction Rule (see Meadowlands website for details). A nomination to these events is an agreement to the above terms and conditions.

2 GRADUATE SERIES Four Year Old Trotters & Pacers Serviced By: The Meadowlands Sponsored By: The Meadowlands; et al. For: Pacers & Trotters Four Years of Age To Be Raced As: Preliminary legs and a Final. Estimated Total Purse: All legs at $75,000/$50,000 div/ Final: $250,000E for each event To Be Raced At: Final at The Meadowlands Cancellation: The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel any or all of the races if it becomes impractical or undesirable in the opinion of The Sponsors to conduct said races. If the Final event is not raced, The Sponsors responsibility and liability shall be limited to refunding, without interest, all payments collected toward these events. These monies will be pro-rated among those owners of horses eligible at the time of cancellation. Added Money: Sponsors will add a minimum of $200,000 to these races. These funds, barring any unforeseen circumstance which may preclude this, in addition to all monies paid in by nominating horsemen shall constitute the purses for this event. Payments: (US Funds only): A nomination to this event requires payment as listed below. All payments are forfeits. February 15 $2,000 March 15 $3,000 Declaration Fee for Legs 2% of Purse Declaration Fee for Final 2% of Purse Supplemental Nomination/Declaration: There shall be no supplemental nomination or declaration to these events. Declaration: All declarations for these events will close at the time and date designated on the condition sheet at the Host Track. Racing Conditions: If more than may be accommodated in a single division declare to start in any leg, the Host Track may adopt any of the methods of dividing the race then current in the rules and regulations. If any leg is raced in divisions, each division shall race for the purse listed above. Sponsors reserve the right to conduct any of the legs or the final at a distance other than one mile. Eligibility for Final: To start in any Graduate Series Final, horses must be declared for that race with the Racing Office by the time posted on the condition sheet. The maximum number of starters in the Graduate Series Final(s) shall equal the number of positions on the starting gate of the Host Track. The point leader(s) at the time of the draw for the final shall draw from post positions 1-6. To be guaranteed eligibility for in the Final(s), a horse must start in no fewer than half (50%) of the preliminary legs scheduled in their Series division. In the event that the number of horses eligible as provided in these conditions declared into any final exceeds the maximum number specified by these conditions, a point system (listed below), based on the official order of finish: (1) at the Host Track for the applicable preliminary leg and (2) at the time the entry box for the Final is closed, will determine preference for the Final. GRADUATE SERIES POINT SYSTEM 1 st Place = 35 Points 2 nd Place = 25 Points 3 rd Place = 15 Points 4 th Place = 10 Points 5 th Place = 8 Points 6 th Place = 6 Points 7 th Place = 4 Points 8 th Place = 2 Points 9 th Place and all other starters = 1 Point

3 Dead-Heat: Any horses finishing in a Dead-Heat for any position will be awarded an equal share of the total number of points for the positions involved in the Dead-Heat. TIE BREAKS: a) First, the horse(s) with the most starts in the preliminary legs of this series shall receive preference and if after that tie-breaker a tie remains, then: b) The horse(s) with the highest total earnings to date in the current season as compiled by the U.S.T.A. shall have preference. Any horse entering a designated point earning series event which does not fill and is not raced will receive SEVEN (7) points towards qualifying for the Final, plus credit for a start toward fulfilling any minimum number of starts requirement and toward tiebreaker a regarding eligibility for the finals. A horse scratched from an event, which is raced, will NOT receive credit or points toward meeting the starting requirements for the Final. Starters in Fewer than 50% of the Legs: All horses must be declared for the Final by declaration time. Notwithstanding any of the above conditions requiring a minimum number of starts in series legs, in the event a Final fails to fill to the extent as described in the above condition, those with fewer than the minimum starts that declare will then be considered for inclusion in the Final. The highest point earners in this group shall have preference in being added to the field, and in the event of ties, the above clause(s) will be used. Horses must be credited with at least one start in the series to be eligible to the Final. Money Division: Leg purses shall be left to the discretion of the Host Track. TVG Opens are restricted to TVG eligible, 3YO w inners of races listed below and invited foreign based horses. Eligibility for Final: To start in the TVG FFA Championship Series Finals, horses must be declared w ith the Racing Office by the time posted on the condition sheet. The maximum number of starters in the Series Final(s) shall equal the number of positions on the starting gate of the Host Track w ith the exception described below. To be guaranteed eligibility for the Final(s), a horse must start in no less than half (50%) of the preliminary legs scheduled in their Series division. The Point leader(s) at the time of the draw for the final shall draw from post positions 1-6. In the event that the number of horses eligible as provided in these conditions declared into any final exceeds the maximum number specified above, a point system (listed below ), based on the official order of finish: (1) at the Host Track for the applicable preliminary leg and (2) at the time the entry box for the Final is closed, w ill determine preference for the Final. The top nine (9) point earning horses declared that meet the starts and eligibility requirements listed are guaranteed a berth in the Final. The Meadow lands reserves the right to invite the w inner(s) of the races in the order listed below to race in the Finals to reach the maximum number of starters. In addition, a foreign-based horse may also be invited to race in any of the TVG Finals. If the invitation to the foreign-based horse is accepted, the field for the TVG Final may be expanded to include one trailing horse and be raced at the distance of one and one eighth miles. All invited horses from the races listed below are required to pay the declaration fee to enter the race. Foreign-based invitees are required to pay an amount equal to the total of all nominating, sustaining and declaration payments. OPEN FINAL MARE FINAL 1. Breeders Crow n 3 Year Old Colt Final 1. Kentucky Filly Futurity Final If after these conditions are met there remain open positions in the Final, horses w ith fewer than the required number of series starts will be accepted in the order of point standings until the field has reached the maximum number of starters allowed. In the event eliminations are not necessary and the declared horses advance directly to the final of any series event or if the connections of a nominated horse choose to accept a bye into the final of an event rather than race, points shall not be aw arded to those horses unless they are entered into an accompanying series Open. Horses racing in elimination races and not advancing to the final w ill receive credit for a start but no points. A horse scratched from an event w hich is raced will NOT receive credit/points tow ard meeting the requirements for the Final. Starters in Less than 50% of the Legs: All horses wishing to start in the Final must be declared for the Final by the specified declaration time. Notw ithstanding any of the above conditions requiring a minimum number of starts in series legs, in the event a Final fails to fill to the extent as described in the above condition, those w ith fewer than the minimum starts that declare w ill then be considered for inclusion in the Final. If an event is not raced, The Sponsors responsibility and liability shall be limited to refunding, without interest, all payments collected toward these events. These monies will be pro-rated among those owners of horses eligible at the time of cancellation. Added Money: Sponsors will add $100,000 to this series of races. These funds, barring any unforeseen circumstance which may preclude this, in addition to all monies paid in by nominating horsemen shall constitute the purses for this event. 8 KINDERGARTEN CLASSIC SERIES 2 Year Old Trotters & Pacers Serviced By: The Meadowlands Sponsored By: The Meadowlands, et al. For: Two year olds with separate Colt & Filly Divisions. To Be Raced As: A series of races as described below in Conditions. Purse: Preliminary leg purses shall be $10,000G for legs. The Final purse for each division shall be 75% of the total of all nomination and sustaining fees paid combined with the added money for each division. The remaining 25% shall be offered for Consolation races for each division. A minimum of six separate wagering interests may be required for the Consolation to be raced. If the Consolation does not fill 100% of those funds described above will be offered as the Final purse. To Be Raced At: 2017 Finals at Vernon Downs and/or other locations on the published dates. Cancellation: The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel any or all of the races if it becomes impractical or undesirable in the opinion of The Sponsors to conduct said races. If any event is not raced, The Sponsors responsibility and liability shall be limited to refunding, without interest, all payments collected toward these events. These monies will be pro-rated among those owners of horses eligible at the time of cancellation. Added Money: Sponsors will add a minimum of $80,000 to these races. These funds, barring any unforeseen circumstance which may preclude this, in addition to all monies paid in by nominating horsemen shall constitute the purses for this event. All entry fees will be added to the leg purses for these events. Declaration: All horses must be properly declared for each leg and the final & consolation of the series. All declarations for these events will close at the time and date designated on the condition sheet of the Host Track. Declaration fees are payable to the Host Track and shall be due at the time of declaration and payable before the horse starts. The declaration fee is payable in only the legs of this series in which the nominee participates. There are no refunds for scratched horses. At the time of declaration, horses declared to race in these events must have a past performance line that meets the current qualifying standard for stakes and/or added money races at the Host Track. Any horse eligible via the point standings to race in the final of this event will be considered Qualified to Race in the final. Eligibility for Final: To start in any Final, horses must be declared for that race with the Racing Office by the time posted on the condition sheet. The maximum number of starters in the Final(s) shall equal the number of positions on the starting gate of the Host Track. The point leader(s) at the time of the draw for the final shall draw from post positions 1-6. To be guaranteed eligibility to race in the Final(s), a horse must start in a minimum of TWO (2) of the preliminary legs scheduled in their Series division. In the event that the number of horses eligible as provided in these conditions declared into any final exceeds the maximum number specified by these conditions, a point system (listed below), based on the official order of finish: (1) at the Host Track for the applicable preliminary leg and (2) at the time the entry box for the Final is closed, will determine preference for the Final.

9 Point System 1 st Place = 35 Points 2 nd Place = 25 Points 3 rd Place = 15 Points 4 th Place = 10 Points 5 th Place = 8 Points 6 th Place = 6 Points 7 th Place = 4 Points 8 th Place = 2 Points 9 th Place and all other starters = 1 Point Dead-Heat: Any horses finishing in a Dead-Heat for any position will be awarded an equal share of the total number of points for the positions involved in the Dead-Heat. TIE BREAKS: a) First, the horse(s) with the most starts in the preliminary legs of this series shall receive preference and if after that tie-breaker a tie remains, then: b) The horse(s) with the highest total earnings to date in the current season as compiled by the U.S.T.A. shall have preference. Any horse entering a designated point earning series event which does not fill and is not raced will receive SEVEN (7) points towards qualifying for the Final, plus credit for a start toward fulfilling any minimum number of starts requirement and toward tiebreaker a regarding eligibility for the finals. A horse scratched from an event, which is raced, will NOT receive credit or points toward meeting the starting requirements for the Final. Starters in fewer than two legs: All horses must be declared for the Final by declaration time. Notwithstanding any of the above conditions requiring a minimum number of starts in series legs, in the event a Final fails to fill to the extent as described in the above condition, those with fewer than the minimum starts that declare will then be considered for inclusion in the Final. The highest point earners in this group shall have preference in being added to the field, and in the event of ties, the above clause(s) will be used. Horses must be credited with at least one start in the series to be eligible to the Final. Money Division: Leg purses shall be left to the discretion of the Host Track. One-percent of the purse for the Final & Consolation will be awarded to each horse finishing sixth through last in the Final. The balance of the Final & Consolation purse shall be distributed 50% - 25% - 12% - 8% - 5%. Disputes: All owners, trainers and drivers of horses nominated to this event must be accepted to participate at each Host Track or the nomination/entry may be denied without refund of previous payments. Any change of trainers made fewer than 30 days or within four starts of the date of this race will be reviewed by the sponsor. If such change is not accepted, it may result in refusal of entry. Sponsors reserve the right to amend these conditions as deemed necessary without liability.
