Event Registratin Number (ERN) Ntice: All dgs that are freign brn and wned and enter Canada fr the sle purpse f entering CKC events will require an ERN. An ERN must be btained within 30 days f btaining pints, awards, r scres t avid cancellatin. An ERN may be btained by cntacting the CKC by phne at (416) r by fax (416) Canadian Resident Nn-Member Participatin Fees (NEW): An annual nn-member participatin fee fr awards and titles will be charged t a Canadian nnmember f CKC. The fee will match the ERN fee. In rder t prtect the awards/titles earned, the nnmember will have a chice either t becme a CKC member r t pay the nn-member participatin fee. Failure t cmply within 30 days f ntificatin will cause all awards and titles t be canceled. These fees apply nly t dgs whlly wned by nn-ckc members and are nt applicable t CKC members. 5 SHOW RULES AND GENERAL INFORMATION Shwing crrect infrmatin n the entry frms is the respnsibility f the entrant. The shw cmmittee reserves the right t refuse any entry subject t CKC rules. Entry frms must be the same size and frmat as thse included with the premium r they will be rejected. N entry will be accepted unless accmpanied by entry fees. N telephne r fax (ie. Credit card) entries will be accepted. Pst mark date will be the determining factr t accepting entries. Pst-dated cheques are nt acceptable. Tendering f a NSF cheque in payment f entry fees shall be cnsidered nn-payment f entry fees and is an ffence punishable by disciplinary actin and cancellatin f awards. A $35.00 service charge will be levied n all NSF cheques. A refund f entry fees will be permitted fr bitches in seasn r dgs unable t cmpete due t injury prvided that the Trial Secretary receives satisfactry written cnfirmatin frm a Veterinarian prir t the start f the trial. N refund will be permitted fr any ther reasn. Withdrawal f entry fees prir t the clsing date may be made by telephne but must be fllwed-up in writing t the Trial Secretary s as t be received n mre than 7 days after the clsing date. The entry f any dg cannt be altered r cancelled after entries clse, except as prvided in the Agility Rules and Regulatins. After clsing f entries, an identificatin / receipt and judging schedule will be mailed t each exhibitr r agent. Owners making entries please include agent s address. There will be a running rder psted with the dg s call name. There will be n armbands issued at the shw. ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES. Any dg engaging in aggressive behaviur at any time will be required t leave the trial grunds. In such cases, n refund f fees will be given. As well, any handler displaying inhumane r aggressive treatment f any dg while n site will be asked t leave. In such cases, n refund f fees will be given. It shall be the duty and bligatin f the trial-giving club t see that a judge, club fficial, vlunteer, r any participant at an event held under these rules is nt t be subject t any indignities f any kind. The Agility Trial Cmmittee Chair shall prmptly reprt t the CKC any infringement f this regulatin, and the Discipline Cmmittee shall have the authrity t take such actin as it deems fit, n receipt f a reprt indicating that this has ccurred. The Shw Cmmittee will use due care and diligence fr the welfare f dgs and exhibitr, but will nt assume respnsibility r be liable in the event f an accident r ther misfrtune t either dg, exhibitr, r patrn. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED OFF LEASH. Exercise dgs nly in designated areas. Any ne nt fllwing the stp and scp plicy will be excused frm the trials. All dgs nt entered in the trial, but n the shw grunds, must be PRE-REGISTERED with the Trial Secretary. There will be n bstacle familiarizatin fr any dgs. Handlers are respnsible t keep their dgs quiet at all times, excluding the time they are running in the ring. If unable t d s, yu will be asked t keep yur dg in yur car. TRIAL PRECINCTS: The precincts fr this trial include the area inside the main gate, the designated crating area inside the building, and the area within the building cmmnly used by the Trial Secretary, Trial Cmmittee, and Judges fr administrative purpses. Mve-ups will be allwed after the clsing date. Fr Trial 1 mve-ups must be received by the Trial Secretary n later then 72 hurs prir t the trial. Fr all ther trials mve-ups must be received a minimum f 15 minutes after the class the title was cmpleted in.
