1 Dressage Fest Re-Cap Each year, Glass-Ed proudly hosts its annual Dressage Fest. The most unique feature of this dressage schooling show is the optional written quiz. Free to all competitors, the quiz is available online in the weeks leading up to the show, and scores earned are converted into extra credit points toward the show High Point Champion and Reserve Champion awards for each level and division. Four quizzes are available into total, including Introductory, Training Level, First Level & Above, and Western Dressage, and questions increase in difficulty as the corresponding test level increases. One of Glass-Ed s primary goals is to provide educational opportunities, and these quizzes offer an excellent opportunity for members to review rules and dressage show etiquette. While each competitors may only submit the quiz once, there is no time limit for completion and are all open-book, with the answers to each question coming directly from the USEF Rule Book, the Glass-Ed Rule Book, the Glass-Ed Member Guide and the dressage test sheets. Questions, answers and references for all quizzes are provided below. Or, to try your hand at the quizzes before next year, visit Championship = Equitation Class + Ridden Tests + Written Quiz All three areas do not need to be entered to qualify for the championship. The point system for calculating points earned for the written quiz is: 95%-100% = 3 points 90%-94% = 2.5 points 80%-89% = 2 points 79% and below = 1 point Jump to Quiz: Introductory Level Training Level First Level & Above Western Dressage All Levels
