1 15 EQUINE PAINT SHOW 1 LOCATION: EXPO CENTER STALLING DEADLINE IS AUGUST 15 SHOW SECRETARY: Diane Gage Sedgwick KS (316) HORSE OFFICE: Sept (620) HORSE STALLING: (620) SHOW DATES: Show #1 Tuesday, Sept.11, :00 am JUDGES: KANSAS STATE FAIR OFFERS...$1, Entries are subject to the Kansas State Fair General Information and Rules Show is actually double-judged APHA shows. Entire show bill will be run by two judges on Tuesday and two judges on Wednesday. Premiums are paid on each judge s placing. 1. There must be more than one exhibitor in a class to pay more than one premium placing. 2. Registration: Copies of all registration papers must be presented at show. All exhibitors and owners must be a current member of APHA. Amateurs, novice amateurs and novice youth, must present valid amateur or novice card when entries are made. This show is open to all horses registered with the American Paint Horse Association, and is held under the rules and regulations of the APHA and Kansas State Fair. Age of the rider must be listed on entry cards for all youth and amateur performance classes. The show committee reserves right to drop classes in the event that entrants are too few, also to require elimination in the event that an unusually large class is entered. This is a double judged, double pointed APHA show. 3. Stalls - dismantling or tampering with any stall panels or pens is prohibited due to safety concerns and may jeopardize exhibitor participation at the Kansas State Fair. Stalling reservations, tickets and parking can be purchased on the official stalling form or online. Payment is to be made directly to the Kansas State Fair. Youth may show 13 & under OR all age youth, but not both in particular class. All entries are made through the show secretary. Pre-entries may be made by contacting Diane Gage. Office charges and ENTRY FEES are all paid to the Kansas Paint Horse Association, not to the Kansas State Fair. Pay all fees, except stall fees and parking, the day of the Show at entry desk by arena. All entries in a class must be certified by State Fair personnel prior to horse being shown in that class. Failure to complete this action prior to show will result in non-certification of entry and non-payment of premium.
