Some features of items selling are: 2 Completely Pre-fabricated Horse Barns (with 3 box stalls) All materials for this horse stables have been prefabricated in Switzerland, and have been brought to Canada in a sea container. A 3 Horse Crown 5th wheel horse trailer, small buggy, (3) 8'x10' horse stalls, 1998 Pace Grey 4-Horse Trailer as well as a selection of tack from Carsons Country Market. The stallion parade begins at approximately 11:30 A.M. followed by the All Breed Horse Sale. 2 LOT 3 CRICKET THOROUGHBRED/SADDLEBRED X - MARE Born in 2006 Cricket is a lovely thoroughbred saddlebred cross mare that shows potential for just about anything! Cricket is a bay 10 year old mare, currently standing at 16.3 hh. Cricket is the perfect show mount, and has competed in three-foot schooling jumpers in 2014 and has past eventing experience. She clips, crossties, bathes and trailers excellently and with no complaint. She's currently jumping at three feet, but has the scope to go higher. Cricket would also be a suitable dressage mount, and is able to leg-yield and turn on the forehand, as well as showing great collections and extensions. She does have an expressive gait and can be a bit strong, so she would require an advanced rider with a deep seat and soft hands. She's a complete sweetheart, and is always the first to greet you when you come in the barn. Also passported. LOT 4 PRINCESS R&W MINI - FILLY Red and white yearling mini filly, super classy little girl, mom is a black and white paint, dad is a red and white paint, both 32 inches. LOT 5 MINI - FILLY LEXUS Red and white yearling mini filly, very pretty, mom and dad are red and white paints, should mature 32 inches. LOT 6 CURLY HORSE - MARE 7 year old, broke to ride, nice horse. LOT 8 COCOA MINI JENNY DONKEY Chocolate miniature jenny donkey, has been with goats and sheep, is pasture bred. LOT 9 FRANKIE APPALOOSA - GELDING 10 yr old 14 hand Appaloosa gelding. Been there done that, well broke but he is not for beginners as he has some spunk and likes to go. Neck reins, goes Western and English and jumps. Tons of trail miles, has been rode into town, crosses water, is rode frequently in heavy highway traffic. Goes barefoot and has great feet, has never been sick or lame. Too many horses and he doesn't get used. LOT 10 ESPICALLY PLAYGUN REG. QUARTER HORSE - GELDING Sorrel with star, no vices, 15.5h Fast, smart Gamer, neckreigns like a charm. Well broke to ride, has lots of potential to be a hunter/jumper. Whatever your choice! LOT 17 PEPPY MINI - JACK DONKEY Yearling miniature jack donkey, has been raised with sheep and goats, very cute little boy. 6 LOT 19 DEMI WELSH X PONY - MARE 4 year old chestnut welsh cross pony mare. Very smart, flashy girl with loads of potential. Lightly started, very willing to learn, a pleasant mare to work with. A well worth it project here! LOT 20 NK LITTLE JO PEP 001 QUARTER HORSE - GELDING 14 year old 15.3hh quarter horse gelding originally from Texas. Nice bloodlines with Dual Pep and Peppy San Badger grandsires. Bred for running and is very fast! Great on cattle whether is roping, sorting, or rounding up. Had reining training when young so knows the basics of sidepassing, spinning, yielding etc. Been to rodeos in texas, washington, and alberta and then moved to ontario. Needs an experienced rider at first. Loads great. Ties great. Good manners on the ground. Can be tricky to catch until he knows you. Papers are being mailed from Alberta so inquire if you buy. LOT 21 BELGIAN/PAINT X - GELDING R&W, 6 year old, green broke, well mannered gelding. LOT 22 NATE PERCHERON/QH - GELDING 16.1hh, Jet Black 6 year old gelding. 7 LOT 23 VA LADIES MAN REG. QUARTER HORSE - GELDING 11 year old, 15.3hh, Bay with 3 white socks. Beautiful gelding by Designer Chocolate. He is quiet and has been used in lessons for 2 years. He does trail rides all summer and goes anywhere. He has been shown western pleasure. Good for farrier, bath, loading etc. He is due for worming and vaccination in May. Owner has 2 small children now and no time to ride. Saddle, saddle pad and bridle will be selling after horse. LOT 24 PEANUT QUARTER HORSE X - MARE Chestnut Quarter horse cross gelding, solid build, quiet, easy going boy who loves to trail ride. LOT 25 SHANDY PAINT X - MARE This horse is a 10 year old paint x mare, 14.3 hands tall. She enjoys trail rides and has attended a few small, local western shows over the past 4 years. Shandy excels at trail classes and basic reigning patterns. Shandy entered a lead line class with a three year old rider last year. She clips, cross-ties and bathes. Shandy is good to stand for the vet, farrier and dental work. She has been immunized for rabies and tetanus up until last year and is due again this year, she has been dewormed. Hooves have been recently trimmed. Shandy gets along well with other horses in the show ring and has been pastured at home with two other horses. She is used to friendly dogs running around in the yard and farm equipment. Reason for sale is that owner is finding it difficult to find enough time for a growing family and horses etc.this horse is an easy keeper and a pleasure to have around and plod around with friends. To get more performance and effort out of her, she would do best with an intermediate rider. LOT 26 SAPPHIRE SHETLAND PONY - MARE 6 year old black and white shetland pony mare. Gorgeous little girl, broke to ride, nice lead line pony as well. Pasture bred to a small homozygous buckskin welsh pony stallion, for early summer baby. Page 7 of 14

8 LOT 27 LUCKS SPEEDY CAT QUARTER HORSE - GELDING Buckskin quarter horse gelding, very easy boy to handle. Was broke to ride as a 4 year old but has not much riding since. Very classy, nice boy. LOT 28 MINI - MARE SADDY Buckskin miniature mare, nice mare to handle, pasture bred to a miniature appaloosa stallion. LOT 29 PRINCE QUARTER HORSE - GELDING 17 year old, 16.1hh. He is currently used on a family farm for trail riding. He goes walk/trot/canter. Is extremely quiet not spooky. Always 1st to the gate, loves attention. He was purchased for a child who recently purchased a show pony. He has a weepy eye that doesn't bother him and was checked by a vet. Good for farrier, bath, loading etc. Was wormed in March but needs spring vaccinations. Would make a great husband or boyfriend horse, anyone can ride him. LOT 30 CLYDESDALE - MARE Blue roan 6 year old mare. Broke to drive single and double and is broke to ride. Page 8 of 14

9 LOT 31 PERCHERON/TB - MARE 3 year old. Very nice nature, well started. Would make a good hunter prospect but needs to be finished. Will walk,trot, canter well. Was dewormed last week. LOT 32 XAVIOR CLYDESDALE - GELDING * OUT OF SALE * LOT 34 THOROUGHBRED X - GELDING Rising 5 year old Black gelding. Broke to ride and drive double. LOT 35 KASANOVA KID "RUSTY" REG. QUARTER HORSE - GELDING 3 year old Bay gelding. Broke to ride, registered with papers, in the incentive fund. All vaccinations are up to date. Rusty is approaching 16hh. Page 9 of 14

Ground work started but ready to be broke. Well bred Lazy Lou Horse. Good with farrier and vet. LOT 38 BONO PAINT X - GELDING Born in hh Bono is an 8 year old paint cross gelding that loves to jump! He has good knees and style over jumps and could be your show horse for this spring if gotten into shape. He could also be a good hunt horse. He has a good personality and is sane with no spook. He loves to be brushed and taken care of. He is being sold as there is no one to bring him to his full abilities. LOT 39 DOUBLE TIME STANDARDBRED - MARE 12 year old Standardbred mare, quiet and easy to handle with a filly foal at her side. Page 10 of 14

All vaccinations are up to date, good sire prospect. LOT 41 ROSIE QUARTER HORSE X - MARE Born in 2004 Dark bay/black mare very sweet and loving. UTD on shots, farrier and teeth. She rides English or Western and also has been driven. Trailers well, ties, clips, baths, walk/trot/lope and has never needed to wear shoes. Has been used for many beginners to learn on, done lots of trail ridding, has been used to rope off and sort cattle. Very versatile mare ready to be used. LOT 42 ALLEY CAT APPENDIX - MARE Born in hh Alley Cat is a 10 year old appendix mare. She is a proven hunter and has been showed by both beginner and advanced riders. She is great under saddle for any level of rider and is point and shoot over jumps. Great horse being sold as owner is bringing along yonger horses. Page 11 of 14

12 LOT 43 NANCY QUARTER HORSE - MARE 10 year old AQHA Red Dun mare hands. Nancy has just finished 60 days professional training, walks trots lopes. This mare has done it all; trail rides has worked cattle, and just a good all round horse. Had reining training previously. LOT 44 CASA BLANCA THOROUGHBRED - MARE Born in hh Casa Blanca is a 12 year old thoroughbred mare who is a great junior hunter. She is ec passported and has shown on the Trillum circuit. She can jump comfortably at 3 feet and has auto flying changes. She is being sold as there in no one to bring her to her full abilities. LOT 45 MORGAN - GELDING 8 year old, broke, walk/trot/canter will ride anywhere. Was dewormed last week. LOT 46 SPARROW PAINT/DRAFT X - MARE Sparrow is a 6 yr old paint/draft cross mare Very sweet and well mannered mare. Sparrow goes wtc and goes in a frame well if asked. She has been started over jumps and does exceptionally well. She would be well suited to be an event horse or field hunter or a nice pleasure mount. She has been trail ridden and is good on the road.
