2 Curt Littau ~ cell Terms and Conditions of Sale 1. All sales will be handled U.S. Currency, approved bank check, cashiers check, or certified check in U.S. Funds only, payable sale day. Payment is to be made to Winner Livestock. Anyone buying on the internet must pre-register with Cattle USA and call Winner Livestock at or for confirmation. 2. Registration papers will be held until all checks have been cleared, and at that time will be sent to A.Q.H.A. by the sale managers. Transfers are buyers expense and will be included in purchase price of all horses. 3. We will be using the number system, so if possible please obtain a buyers number in the sale office prior to the start of the sale. 4. Sellers have the right to reject final bid, all sales are final when the horse leaves the ring. 5. Guarantees are between buyers and sellers. Any flaws or injuries in the animal will be called out at the time of sale. 6. Announcements from the block will take precedence over the printed material and all and all other other announcements made prior to the sale time. 7. Pasture work, drag calves to fire. When guests came he was the go to horse. Good trail horse, for most anyone who knows how to ride.
