The Bluestem Miniature Horse Club is the sponsor. Neither the Show, the ASPC/AMHR, the Bluestem Club, the Lancaster Event Center nor anyone working with the show will be held responsible for any accidents that may occur to persons, animals, or property. The exhibitors shall hold aforementioned persons harmless and indemnify them against any legal proceedings arising from such accidents. AWARDS, PRIZES AND GIFTS Ribbons will be awarded for First through Sixth place with participant ribbons to all other exhibitors. Medallions will be awarded in Junior, Senior, Grand and Stakes championship classes. Amateur Champion of Champions will be awarded a Crystal Medallion. 1 st place Amateur S, M & G to compete. Participating show for Triple A Amateur Award. (Amateur cards may be purchased from the AMHR office for $10 or from the Steward the day of the show for $15) Participating show for AMHR High Point Youth Award. Gift Bags will be presented to all Leadline and Costume Class participants, compliments of the Loomis and Bassett families. ENTERING YOUR HORSE EARLY BIRD ENTRIES POSTMARKED BY MAY 23, 2016 Early Bird Entries, postmarked by May 23, 2016 are $65.00 unlimited classes or $25 per single class. Entries postmarked after May 23 will pay Regular Entry Fees of $75.00 unlimited classes or $35.00 for single classes. Send completed entry form(s), copy of up-todate Registration Certificates (front & back if needed to verify current owner/lessee), copies of Youth/Amateur cards (if applicable) and payment to Heather Franklin, 911 N Tressin Rd., Salina, Kansas 67401; cowdog911@yahoo.com; 785/ Make checks payable to Bluestem Miniature Horse Club. Returned checks are subject to a $30 charge and may be turned over to ASPC/AMHR if not paid. Class additions on previously entered horses close 10 classes prior to the class being added (example - adding class #22 must be done PRIOR TO class #12, add class #138 PRIOR TO class #128, etc.) NO class additions will be allowed at the gate so please pre-enter all of your classes. NO REFUNDS Entries accepted are considered final, refunds will not be given. If your horse is unable to compete due to health reasons, and a signed veterinarian's statement is presented prior to its first entered class, you may apply previously paid fees towards a substitute horse. If you are unable to attend the show due to an emergency situation the Club will issue you credit to be used at a future Club show. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of fees paid. MEASUREMENT TIMES Measuring will be 4:00-7:00 pm on Friday, June 3; begin at 7:00 am on Saturday and Sunday and continue as needed. Bring your animal and a copy of its registration papers to measurement location. PAPERS MUST MATCH ENTRIES. When finished with the Steward, take signed measurement forms to the show office to obtain show packet. NO SHOW PACKETS WILL BE GIVEN OUT WITHOUT PROOF OF MEASUREMENT FACILITIES AND CAMPING The Lancaster Event Center (LEC) is located at 4100 N 84 th Street, on the East side of Lincoln, NE. Driving directions: Exit #405 from Interstate #80, to Cornhusker Hwy, left to 84 th St, South to Event Center or Waverly Exit from Interstate #80, West to 84 th St, South to Event Center. Completely enclosed facilities with wash racks, restrooms and concession area. Camping facilities (including electricity) are available for $25 per outlet per show day, purchase online at the LEC website ( or at Concession Stand or Facility Office when you arrive. Payment for Camping will be made to Lancaster Event Center at the time of purchase. TACK CHANGES/GATE HOLDS As a courtesy to your fellow exhibitors, please report all Tack Changes/Gate Holds to the Office in advance of your class. Every effort will be made to allow you the time you need. Once the class is given the final call the gate will be closed in two (2) minutes and no late exhibitors will be allowed into the ring. NO REFUNDS will be given for missed classes. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS It is required that entries coming from out-of-state conform to health requirements for interstate transportation of horses from their state of residence to the state of Nebraska. The Bluestem Miniature Horse Club reserves the right to ask for an on-site Vet Inspection, at owner's expense, for any animal appearing to be in poor health.

2 STALLS and BEDDING All stalling will be in Pavilions 1 and 4. Box stalls for tack and/or horses are $60 for the show. All horses must be stalled, no jumpouts allowed. All shavings must be purchased from Lancaster Event Center for $9 each. Shavings may be pre-purchased (preferred) on the LEC website ( and in stalls upon arrival, or purchase from Concession Stand upon arrival and they will be delivered to the stall. No Outside Bedding Allowed. Users of any bedding other than LEC shavings will be fined $50 per stall. Payment for Shavings will be made to Lancaster Event Center at time of purchase. SHOW & STALL LOCATIONS Show to be held in Amy Countryman Arena with stalling available in Pavilions 4 and 1. EARLY ARRIVAL/LATE DEPARTURE Early arrivals and late departures must be ordered and paid for on entry form, no unplanned early arrivals can be accommodated. Fee is $25 per stall per day. Early arrival is before 2:00 pm June 3 and late departure is June 6. CHECK-IN OFFICE & STALLS Stalls will be available beginning at 2:00 pm June 3 until end of show June 5. Any stalls occupied overnight Sunday will be charged a $25 late departure fee. The Show Office will be open 3:00 8:00 pm June 3, open one hour before show time and remain open for one hour after show time June 4-5. NON-RATED CLASSES (NR) Amateur Champion of Champions will be judged from the 1 st place Amateur Stallion, Mare & Gelding in each division with one winner placed. Non-Amateur may show for an Amateur with more than one exhibit in the finals.
