2 AMHR *Refunds will be given only upon receipt of a veterinarian certificate. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR STALL FEES. *Checks returned for non-sufficient funds shall incur a $35.00 return check fee. *Ring Procedure: The management shall expect all AMHR exhibitors to have familiarized Themselves with the official rule book of the AMHR. Any horse that becomes a threat to an exhibitor, Audience or other animal may be asked to be removed from the show grounds. *Two minute gate rule. Once the class is called, the gate steward will begin timing for all entries to enter. There will be no refund for missed classes. It shall be the exhibitor s responsibility to watch the progression of the show. CHANGING CLASSES: Exhibitors must fill out a class change form. *GATE HOLDS: Gate holds must be given to the gate steward 4 classes in advance and in writing. Gate holds will be for a maximum of 2 minutes. 5 minutes for harness changes. *Amateur/Youth Classes You must possess a current year amateur card to show in amateur classes. Amateur cards may be purchased at the show by current adult membership card holders. If needed, Memberships and Amateur applications can be obtained from the Steward. *Lunch/Breaks Will be left to the discretion of the Judges. However, we will not break until a division is complete. If we are on a yearling mare class, lunch will not be held until after the Grand Championship Class, etc. *Back Numbers Will not be issued until entries are paid in full. *ALL Dogs must be leashed at all times *Post Entries accepted *Facilities: Outdoor arena and one set of wash racks on concrete are available. For exhibitor use. Please bring your own hose. Please do not wash in isles, roadway or other areas. Please bring your own chairs and canopies. *Stalls: $95.00 for entire show. First bag of shavings included. Additional bags of shavings will be available for purchase for $10.00 a bale. Maximum 1 horses per stall. Horse must be stalled or confined to trailer. Horses may not be tied to trailers. Fans are recommended. Stalls will be assigned. No refund on stall fees. *R.V. Parking & Camping: $30.00 per night. Restrooms are on the grounds. *Entries: One horse per entry form. You may entry forms WITH CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. All entries must be paid in full at time of registration and before back number will be issued. *Any Entry or Class ed will constitute an official entry, and payment must be made. *Condition of Entry: Open only to horses registered with the American Miniature Horse Registry.
