1 Dated.../.../ BREEDING CONTRACT This contract certifies that, (herein referred to as the Mare Owner/s), has entered into this contract with Trish Wettenhall t/a Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud (herein referred to as the Stallion Owner), for (no. of breeds required) breeding/s to the Quarter Horse Stallion BLACK N DYNAMIC, Q-78408, for the 2018 breeding season, at a total service fee of $2, Service Fee his will include breeding on 3 cycles. 1st mare Registration # Breed A $ non-refundable / *deductable booking fee, per mare booked, secures you a breeding for the 2018 breeding season. (* The booking fee will be deducted from the stallion service fee.) IF APPLICABLE 2nd mare Registration # Breed 3rd mare Registration # Breed This Service Contract is subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. NATURAL SERVICE / ON FARM A.I. - the Stallion Service Booking Fee must to be paid in full and a copy of mare papers, contract signed and executed by both parties prior to the mare is to be serviced. Full Service Fee, Vet costs & Agistment due prior to the mare leaving Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud. The mare owner must make contact at least 15 days prior to anticipated time of the mare s estrus cycle for availability of mare accommodation. Availability of mare accommodation depends on the notification schedule and mares on the farm. The mare owner is also responsible to insure that the mare to be bred is properly prepared for breeding: This shall include a clean swab report from a licensed veterinarian. Mare should be cycling properly. The mare owner will be required to disclose a full breeding history, where applicable, to the best of their knowledge for the above mentioned mare. The mare owner accepts full responsibility for the insurance of the aforementioned mare for the duration of her time at Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud. Whilst all care an consideration is taken, Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud will not be held Responsible or Liable for any injury, death or debilitation of the afore mentioned mare. The mare owner must complete attached 2018 Breeding Season Agistment Agreement.

SHIPPED SEMEN - The Stallion Service fee, shipping fees, semen transport container deposit (if applicable) are to be paid in full and a copy of mare papers, contract signed and executed by both parties before semen is shipped. The Stallion Owner agrees to ship chilled semen from the aforementioned stallion to the mare owner the fastest way possible. Transportation of the stallion semen will be selected by the stallion owner, unless otherwise prearranged. Semen is collected Monday through Friday. Stallion owner must be notified before 9:00am EST on collection days, of the mare owner s need of semen. Weekend shipments may be available with prior arrangement. Stallion owner requires 48 hours notice. Note: some carriers do not ship on Sundays. The mare owner must make contact at least 15 days prior to anticipated time of needed semen, for collecting days, dates and availability of semen. Availability of semen depends on the notification schedule and mares on the farm. The mares on our stud have priority over the shipped semen mares. The stallion owner agrees to ship semen the first time at a fee of $275 collection / shipping fee. All shipments after the first will cost the mare owner $275. Multiple shipments will be limited. A shipment will consist of enough semen for mare/s on one day. If required - a deposit of $20 for the semen shipping container (this amount is refundable when the semen shipping container is returned in same condition it was sent). *Clients can opt to purchase shipping contains from Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud for $20. The mare owner is also responsible to insure that the mare to be bred is properly prepared for breeding: This shall include a clean swab report from a licensed veterinarian. Mare should be cycling properly. The mare owner shall send the contract back signed, with all correct information filled out, accompanied a copy of the mares registration papers, the Stallion Service Fee, plus the first shipping fee of $275. (If applic.) The mare owner s veterinarian will be monitoring the above mention mare for ovulation. The mare owner s veterinarian will communicate with the breeder on availability of semen. The mare owner accepts full responsibility for shipping the semen shipment container back to us within 7 days of receiving it using Australia post - express post service. This deposit cheque will be mailed back to you immediately providing all of the above conditions have been met and there is no more need for semen. Communication between Mare owner s veterinarian and Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud is essential. The mare owner agrees to breed only the mare booked and not use the semen to breed any other mares. In the event the mare to be bred does not settle, the mare owner will hold the stallion owner blameless. The mare owner agrees to have a licensed veterinarian or *certified A.I. Technician, inseminate the mare and fill out the appropriate association paper work, and returned. *(Please check with your association with regard to the use of a certified A.I. Technician prior to the insemination of your mare.)

3 STALLION SERVICE CONTRACT cont. NO EXCEPTIONS 3. LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE Live foal means the foal shall stand and nurse unassisted. It is understood that if the mare proves barren, aborts her foal or if the foal is stillborn, a one time return season will be guaranteed the breeding season immediately after you enter into contract with Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud, providing *proper notification is given. It is agreed that mares over 18 years old are inelligble for the LFG. * Proper notification shall be defined as follows: Written certification by a licensed veterinarian within 5 days, that the mare has slipped or produced a non-viable foal. Live foal guarantee on the before mentioned stallion is as follows: Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud will re-breed the same mare for a $550 return fee plus a $275 semen shipment fee on each shipment, plus a refundable deposit of $20 for the semen shipment container. The stallion owner, at their discretion, may require the mare be rebred at Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud or recognised breeding centre. 4. BREEDING SEASON AND CONDITIONS The breeding season covered by this contract shall begin September 1st, 2018 and end January 30th, 2019 unless extenuating circumstances arise or by private treaty. It is further agreed that should the aforementioned stallion die, or become unfit for service: or if the aforementioned mare dies during the breeding season covered by this contract, the mare owner may substitute another mare: # if applicable: or breed the above named mare to another stallion on the stud. That it is agreed to by both mare owner and stallion owner. A breeding certificate, where applicable, will be issued to the mare owner, only after all expenses have been paid in full. The $550 booking fee, (part of the stallion service fee), Vet & Agistment costs (where applicable), all shipping and all collection fees (where applicable) are non-refundable. At the stallions owners discretion, Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud, may refund the refundable part of the stallion fee and terminate this agreement at any time. There are a limited number of outside mares accepted for natural service & shipped semen. So we recommend that you sign and return this as soon as possible with all applicable fees. Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud is well aware of the high cost associated with transporting horses and the collection and shipping of semen. We want your mare in foal on the first shipment and are managing our stallions to their fullest potential. We prefer you utilise the services of an established / reputable equine veterinarian or reproduction facility. This will best insure to keep the expenditure, of both parties, low. 5. ONLY IF APPLICABLE Stallion Auction Breeding purchased via a stallion service auction is only good for the breeding season directly following the auction close. Stallion Auction Breeding cannot be carried over year to year for any reason. There is no live foal guarantee with a Stallion Auction Breeding. We will require written notice from the stallion service auction management and conformation that all fees and charges have been paid in full before semen can be shipped or natural service booked.

6 2018 BREEDING SEASON AGISTMENT AGREEMENT This is a temporary, Breeding Season only, Agistment contract, valid for period between the 1st of September 2018 until the 31st of January This contract certifies that, (herein referred to as the Mare Owner/s), has entered into this contract with Trish Wettenhall t/a Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud (herein referred to as the Stud Owner), to temporarily agist (no. of mares) mare/s at Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud, for the purposes of foaling down and/- breeding to one of Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud s resident stallions during the 2018 breeding season. The breeding season covered by this contract shall begin September 1st, 2018 and end January 30th, 2019 unless extenuating circumstances arise or by private treaty. 1. The Mare Owner agrees to pay Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud agistment fees and other charges detailed below, as they pertain to the individual mare. Any incurred costs, over and above the flat rate agistment fees will be clearly set out in the invoice supplied. All Agistment charges and other incurred costs will be payable on receipt of invoice. Interest at 5% per month is payable on accounts overdue 30 days. 2. The horse is at the Mare Owner risk at all times. It is the Mare Owner responsibility to insure the horse and any progeny against all risks while they are at Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud or being transported to and from the property. The Agistor shall not be responsible for any disease, accident, vice, illness or injury howsoever caused or arising to the horse whilst at Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud or when transporting to or from Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud. 3. The Mare Owner agree s that in the event of illness or injury, a veterinarian will be called to treat the horse. Veterinary services for the horse and /or progeny may be provided at the discretion of Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud. The Mare Owner will pay all veterinary charges incurred while the horse is at Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud and irrevocably indeminifies Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud for these charges. 4. Approximately every 6 8 weeks, the horse will be wormed and hooves will be trimmed if necessary. The costs of this will be charged to the Mare Owner. 5. During periods of slow pasture growth, the horse is provided hay to maintain condition/growth. Any expense for supply of hard feed or the requirement of hard feed agreed upon in writing by both parties, will fall to the Mare Owner. 6. The Stud Owner agree s not to supply any hard feed prior to receiving written consent from the Mare Owner. *The only exception will be in the case the Mare Owner cannot be contacted and where the well being of the horse requires it. The Stud Owner agree s to attempt contact no less than three times using text message, or phone call.

8 2018 BREEDING SEASON AGISTMENT AGREEMENT cont. IN THE EVENT OF UNPAID INVOICES AND/- FINAL ACCOUNTS a) The Mare Owner gives the Stud Owner a lien over the horse and progeny, for payment of the agistment fees and all other charges and expenses which the Mare Owner must pay under this Agreement. This means that the Mare Owner may not remove the horse or its progeny from Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud while any part of this Agreement is not fulfilled. b) The Stud Owner may sell the horse and/or its progeny at public auction or by private sale, to recover any monies unpaid for 56 days after the Mare Owner has been sent the final account. c) The Mare Owner irrevocably appoints the Stud Owner as the Mare Owner s attorney with power to sell the horse and/or its progeny and to sign all transfers and other documents and do everything necessary to effect and complete the sale and to pass full title of the horse/s to the purchaser. This includes power to update all documents, stud books and registration papers, to show the purchaser as the new horse owner. The Stud Owner is compelled to act in accordance with the law in the exercise of this power of attorney, including the signing of all documents to effect anything done by the attorney. d) Before the Stud Owner can exercises the right to sell an agisted horse under this agreement: Some part of the agistment debt must be unpaid for at least 28 days after the Stud Owner has sent the Mare Owner an account; The Stud Owner must send the Mare Owner a final notice which states the total amount of the agistment debt owing to the date of the notice and that the horse will be sold if the agistment debt is not paid in full within 28 days from the date given. e) The Stud Owner will use the proceeds of the sale to pay, in the following order; 1. All sales costs, for example, advertising, transport, sale commission and legal costs; 2. The agistment debt or Vet costs to the date of sale; 3. Any fees which the Mare Owner owes to the landholder for any other horses;and 4. Any balance to the Mare Owner or as the Mare Owner directs in writing. If the balance is not collected within 12 months, it may be dealt with under the Unclaimed Monies Act. e) The Stud Owner must give the Mare Owner a final statement notice detailing the sale proceeds and how The Stud Owner has applied them. f) It is a provisory that all the Mare Owner s sign our Breeding Season Agistment Contract prior to the mare s arrival at Triandibo Quarter Horse Stud.
