4 Additional service physiotherapy Visa Entry fee If necessary to apply for a visa you can request a special invitation from the organizer. 500 EURO per person in double room (4 days) 600 EURO per person in single room (4 days) Fee include: accommodation (4 nights) board (breakfast, lunch, dinner): from dinner on 26 th January till breakfast on 30 th January welcoming event in the fencing hall and evening events at Werleburg transfer from Airport Berlin Tegel or Airport Berlin Schönefeld, airport Rostock-Laage, or central station Berlin to venue and back, transfer from accommodation to venue/evening events and back IWAS fee for all registered participants Referees The delegations must submit a specific number of referees to the Technical Board of Directors, according to the following table: 1-4 Fencers 5-8 Fencers more then 8 Fencers 0 Referees 1 Referees 2 Referees The delegations that will not provide referees according to the table above will be financially penalized of 500 EURO per referee.

The Organizing Committee may accept entries arriving after that deadline, but in this case you are supposed to pay an entry fee of 600 EURO per person (double room) or 670 EURO per person (single room). Please prove that you have paid the entry fee. Payments after the deadline are only possible after arranging it with the Organizing Committee. Furthermore, the Organizing Committee has to be informed about the travel dates by December 15 th, Please be informed that the Organizing Committee will accept entries only from national federations or national paralympic committees, not from individual members or sport clubs!
