Pole Fitness a) Sports skill and art are considered as a whole, and scores are awarded with 70 points for skill and 30 for art. b) Prohibition to remove props, clothes, and shoes c) Use both spinning poles and static poles d) Performances from 3 to 5 minutes B. Pole performance a) Performance and techniques are reviewed, including artistic performance, stage manner, and composition. Artwork, dance and gymnastics performance elements are highly evaluated. The composition of dance and dramatic choreography is highly assigned. Performance score is 70 points and technology is 30 points. b) All items that are guaranteed to be safe are allowed. (Excluding sharp or fragile products) c) Performances from 3 to 5 minutes C. Pole exotic a) Genre that shows maximum beauty and charm for women b) A genre that enables the wearing of heels, uses poles and floor, uses flexibility and strength, and expresses the beauty of the body comprehensively, creatively, and artistically c) Pole technology 30 points, floor 40 points, artistry 30 points for score.

(might grip, dry hands,i tac2 etc) E. Dress code a) A simple dress, Scratchable metal accessories b) Clothing with excessive exposure is prohibited. Clothing reminiscent of underwear is prohibited. (corset, garter belt, fishnet stockings) c) The fitness part is supposed to be bare feet.

Precautions a) Sexual Harmonics Implicit Behavior is prohibited. b) Excessive exposure, body make-up is prohibited. c) Music with unhealthy lyrics, such as abuse and sexual content, is forbidden. d) Performance or clothing, in any case religious or social symbolic attachments, are allowed, and talking or singing is prohibited. e) Removing clothes is prohibited. (Jackets, gowns and outerwear are possible.) f) Shoes are allowed depending on the performance, but gavosh, high heels and boots are prohibited. (The performance part allows high heels or props for the expression of the piece. Also allow for exotic gabosh hill) g) The respective individuals shall be responsible for any accidents that may occur during the performance or personal negligence. 7 EXOTIC POLE Participation is open to 20 + years of age ONLY RULE : THERE S NO RULES Based on fun, acting and artistic factors, choreography can be produced on a free topic. Use the pole to express the charm of women. MUSIC The time allows for all genres of music between 2 minutes 30 seconds and 4 minutes. It must be sent in mp3 files and must write the name and field of the participant. ex) exotic_amateur_lee-chungmi.mp3 poledancecompetition@naver.com Dress code You must wear high heels for the exotic. Allow all concepts to be dressed to fit in your performance. Allow glove, mask, or scarf for other items, except broken or sharp items not allowed Choreography and techniques Techniques and stage charismatic production will be examined comprehensively. Amateur It should include both floor technology, spin, and stopped motion. You can use only two poles, or only one. Pro Split one or more Include at least one movement that is supported by both arms.

POLE SPORTS The pole Sports World Championship is a representative contest for Korea. Through the domestic preliminaries, TOP3 of each division will receive the automatic championship of world championship business as representative of Korea. The competitors must submit in advance through the published code technique of the technical committee of the POSA World Federation. One description per A-E group shall be listed in order, from 0.3 to 1.0 points. Korea should arrange the technologies in the five works in order. In the case of double, five technique shall be correct for two persons simultaneously and shall refer to the technique at the pole. If the performance is missing or failing, it can be a factor in reducing points. 1. Dress - One piece, two-piece or spangle is permitted.. - The front of the collar must not rise more than half of the chest. - Pants should be perfectly covered in the groin and not have the top of the leg above the waist and hip.you can reach the bottom of your hips, but don't go over it.
11 - In the case of suit, the hips should be entirely covered and colors that look like breast or nude are prohibited. - You can wear short-sleeved or non-sleeved shoes if you wear integrated tights.and they wear tights that must be made to fit together or have the proper aid elements such as belts. - Tops can be cut open to the front and back. - The hole in which the arm leaves can be cut under the scapula. - Men's dress is also allowed spangles. And 3/4 leggings are also allowed. - The hair must be held close to the head. - Participants can not wear any shoes. Difficulty: 13 point - Check the pre-submitted techniques of the competitors. 2.POLE ART The pole Sports World Championship is a representative contest for Korea. Bonus points up to maximum five points when performing a creative trick (the first one that didn't work) as there was no set session for the technique. The performance of the character is expanded by the proper interpretation of the artistic expression and the story of the work. Players submit each presentation (story) of the players before the competition. In the case of a double, when performing a trick or a motion, the range of travel must be identical and can be executed by two poles or by two competitors. Max. 5 Bonus Points 1. Dress - They should not dress erotic and should not take off intentionally. - Prohibited dress : Nylon, string, garter belt, underwear, swimsuit, bikini, invisible, or nude. - The chest, hips and pelvis should be covered by 3/4. - Do not dress inappropriately or do anything erotic such as groin or touching the breast. - Organizers have the right to deal with disqualification for intentional acts, fire hazard, with the competitor's unsuitable dress. - Disqualification occurs when using grip products that are not approved. - It is prohibited to apply grip products to poles. Scoring POLE ART / Total 240 point JUDGES 1. Technical : 65 point - The tricks of creativity and the difficulty and flexibility of each skill set are mainly marked. 2. Artistic : 100 point - Based on the individuality of the music, the interpretations of the work are based on the organization's structure and balanced routines. 3. Execution : 75 point - Check the factors of deduction for the progress of the technologies, such as poor technique, poor line, lack of combo conversion, and angle. - Judges must separate the competition fields from the competitors and strictly sanction the communication with the competitors or coaches before the competition is over.no story of the competitor's work or results during the competition may be discussed publicly or privately. - Judges must complete all training in the entire competition review process. - The scores set once are unchanged. - During the competition, the judges are not allowed to talk to the crowed and to the athletes. Disqualification of the referee qualification immediately upon discovery. - The Judge members shall not leave their positions. - In the scoring scheme, the scores shall be the final score except for the penalty points of the head Judge in the combined score of all judges. - A player who violates the rules may be disqualified after the performance, which has the authority to release the position of the athlete from the federation.

Head Judge's Role - In case of inadvertent fall, release or obstruction of the stage's clothing, whether intentionally or unintentionally - Immediately disqualified or receive a maximum of 10 points deduction in the competition, such as breast exposure or genital exposure. - Rather than touching the penis or having an exotic art, they are subject to a maximum of minus five points for sexually immoral acts or explicit sexual expression. - Must appear on stage within 20 seconds.
