With this system we are able to cover the physical demands of the cyclist and provide the right ischial support, distributing the pressure in 134mm small size (Scratch, Nago, Zero) 141mm large size (Nago, Zero) the pelvic area. The width of the saddle is determined by several key factors including: ischial opening, BMI and flexibility of the back (pelvic rotation). 9 1. CHOOSE YOUR CATEGORY AND LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE THE SADDLE IS NOT A PROBLEM ANYMORE Select the sport category specifying the level of experience: FRIENDLY USER or EXPERT. Each discipline has different specific characteristics ( body position, application, stress, etc.) therefore the saddle must consider these diversity in order to guarantee the best support to the cyclist in terms of performance and comfort. The Dimension Space is designed to fit riders that need semi-round or round shape, with medium - low pelvic rotation/flexibility and wider ischial bones distance. For a rider a saddle is the first important thing, because having a comfortable saddle which adapts in the best way to your body becomes a matter of vital importance, if you spend something like 300 days a year on a bike. 42 CLOSE TO PEOPLE FREDERIK VAN LIERDE The importance of details: how he gets the most out of his trainings. For me, as an Ironman pro triathlete, the cycling part is very important. On race day it s the longest of the 3 and in training weeks it takes half of my training volume. Next to the 25km swim and 80km run average a week, I ride my bike about 500km a week. In hard weeks even up to 700km. It s really important for me to keep everything in balance. Nutrition and rest (in between 2 or 3 sessions per day) are really important. Mentally it s important to like the 3 sports. Plenty of variation makes it a lot easier to go up to 35h of training per week. The bike part is in my opinion the easiest one because it s the most social one and also the one you spent a lot of time in nature with different scenery. I love it! And to make it even more fun on the bike, I always make sure my bicycle and components are in good shape as well. That s really important! Looking for a good aero position is important but next to that comfort is even more important. Spending 180km at a high pace needs to be comfortable in some kind of way. A very important part for me is the saddle and for years I m riding Prologo now. They offer me the best options for different bikes. The saddles keep me in the right position without any irritation or pain, whatsoever. A bicycle without a really good saddle is worth nothing in my opinion Pas Channel CPC Padding
