Coming up this month will be the SHBA Golf Classic at Blackberry Trail Golf Course. Thanks to Mike Bishop for chairing this event and to all of you who have signed up to sponsor or play in the tour nament. I hope many of you will participate in our on-going networking event this month on Tuesday, June 9 th After-Hours R&R Networking at Sperry s Side Door 5:30. We will continue to do this on the 2 nd Tuesday of every month throughout the year and are encouraging members to bring prospective new members to this Reconnect with SHBA members & Recruit new ones! You can drop by for a few minutes or stay for more than an hour. No reservations are required & everyone will be responsible for their own food/beverage bill. And, Tony Brink, our Membership Chair wants to remind everyone to wear their Ask Me about SHBA button. Hope to see you at one of these events! 3 Hello, Members, On Friday, May 29 th, everyone enjoyed the 5 th Friday Free Lunch at the SHBA office Block USA & Ronnie Haddock cooked a Fish Fry with all the trimmings. The food was fantastic! If you haven t been attending any of our 5 th Friday Lunches, you ve been missing out & need to plan to attend in the future. In July, Rogers Group [Scot Cornelius] will sponsor the meal on Friday, July 31 st. This month, don t forget our After-Hours R&R Networking on the 2 nd Tuesday of every month at Sperry s Side Door 5:30 June 9 th. Bring prospective new members to this Reconnect with SHBA members & Recruit new ones! You can drop by for a few minutes or stay for more than an hour. On Friday, June 19 th, we ll have our annual golf tournament at Blackberry Trail with a shotgun 9:00.
