Tires: The Hsier D300, D400 r D will be permitted. Fuel: Only VP D-113, D-12 will be permitted. 358-Mdified may run D-109 fuel. Fuel will be available at the track and t be purchased. (Fuel will be available at the speedway thrugh VP). *Nte: Super DIRTcar / DIRTcar Rule Bk and Bulletins apply. Super DIRTcar Series 100 Qualifying Prcedures: 24 Car Qualifying Field with Fur (4) Prvisinal psitins available fr Platinum Members added fr spts They must practice and make an attempt t qualify thrugh the qualifying races. The Qualifying Race lineups will be based n Grup Time Trials. Tp 12 qualifiers in qualifying races will redraw fr starting psitin in the 100-lap feature. Number f Qualifying Races will be based n the ttal number cars cmpeting in the event. (8-lap qualifying races) 1 (r multiple) Last Chance Shwdwns (10-laps) may be required number f transfers will be psted at the trailer. The Super DIRTcar Series 100 will be based n the 100-pint schedule. Qualifying Race pints will be awarded. Event Specific Rules / Race Prcedures fr the Super DIRTcar Series 100 : Grup Time Trials will be based n a green-white-checkered. All Qualifying Races will be 8-laps. All B Features will be 10-laps. Cautin laps will nt cunt in qualifying races. All riginal starts will be side-by-side ff turn fur in the area f the VP Racing Fuels Making Pwer Pint until the green flag is displayed. All Restarts will be duble-file with lead lap cars t the frnt in the area f the VP Racing Fuels Making Pwer Pint. The leader is the cntrl car n all starts and/r restarts. The frnt rw must maintain the pace established by the pace car and will be signaled t d s, n the ne-way radi, if in the judgment f the Super DIRTcar Big Blck Mdified Series Officials, the pace is nt maintained a penalty and/r penalties may be issued. There will be n EZ Pass candidate in any Qualifying Races and/r B Features. The races may be extended past their scheduled distance with a green-white-checker finish. The feature will be 100-laps. Cautin laps will cunt frm lap 1 until the cmpletin f lap 75. There will be a fur (4) wide pace lap. Odd numbered rws pull t the utside, even numbered rws pull up and fill in. 2 Event Specific Rules / Race Prcedures fr the Super DIRTcar Series 100 cntinued; All restarts up t lap 90 will be duble-file with lead lap cars t the frnt - lapped cars will drp t the inside under cautin and rejin the field beginning after the last car n the lead lap in their rder f running n the race track at the time f the cautin. Mst restarts will be Duble File. Hwever, if a cntact ccurs during a Duble File Restart, the ensuing restart shall be a single file restart. Subsequent restarts revert back t duble file restarts. Super DIRTcar and/r Wrld Racing Grup Officials reserve the right t change and/r alter this rule, prvided the cmpetitrs are given ntice (in advance and/r via the driver s ne-way radi) due t circumstances that require such a change and/r alteratin. After the cmpletin f lap 90, all remaining restarts will be single file with lead lap cars t the frnt until the cmpletin f the event. On all starts and restarts the frnt rw must maintain the pace established by the pace car and will be signaled t d s, n the ne-way radi, if in the judgment f the Super DIRTcar Big Blck Mdified Series Officials, the pace is nt maintained a penalty and/r penalties may be issued. When the cautin is displayed, get int single-file rder, yu will be signaled ver the ne-way radi when it is time t g duble-file and/r restart single file. If the Cautin Flag is displayed and yu enter the pit, yu will nt lse a lap in the pits under that cautin perid UNTIL anther Green flag is displayed AND a Green Flag lap is then scred cmpleted. Yu may als lse a lap n the racetrack under green flag cnditins. If at any time the red flag is displayed and cmpetitrs are signaled t stp due t a red flag cnditin, cars must cme t a cmplete stp. After the field is stpped and is under cntrl f the pace car, Super DIRTcar Big Super DIRTcar Big Blck Mdified Series Blck Mdified Series Officials, will instruct any vehicle nt invlved in the red flag 100 Purse: incident that needs t pit fr service, t pull up t the pace car prir t being 1 $7, released t the pit area n the ne-way radi. Any car that pits during the red flag perid will be required t restart at the tail f the field in their respective psitin. 2 4,000 If any car heads t the pits withut fllwing the instructing ver the ne-way radi, 3 2, a 1-lap penalty may be issued. 4 1,800 There will be ne (1) car eligible fr the EZ Pass Reward n each cautin. The 5 1,600 nly car eligible will be the first ne (1) lap dwn. The EZ Pass car will be signaled 6 1,400 ver the ne-way radi t pull up behind the pace car, but must nt prceed past 7 1,300 the pace car until instructed t d s n the ne-way radi. 8 1,200 All races may end with a green-white-checker finish. 9 1,100 One-way radis are mandatry tw-way radis will nt be permitted. 10 1,000 It is mandatry t have the fllwing decals n the car (DIRTcar, Super DIRTcar Series, VP Racing Fuels and Hsier) and the driver must have a VP patch n his unifrm T be eligible fr ther available cntingencies yu must run the decals. Tire testing may be dne at any time during event. * Nte: Pst-race inspectin at the designated inspectin area fllwing the cmpletin f Victry Lane Ceremnies. Fire Suppressin 1. All racecars shall be equipped with a thermally deplyed autmatic fire suppressin system. The fire suppressin system will cnsist f a DOT apprved cylinder manufactured frm aluminum r steel with a capacity f ten (10) lbs. f fire extinguishing agent, steel r steel reinfrced lines and has a minimum f tw (2) thermally activated discharge nzzles. 2. All systems must meet r exceed SFI 17.1 specificatins. 3. Systems must be fully charged with ten (10) lbs. f DuPnt FE-36, 3M NOVEC 1230, r Fire Ade and display a legible and valid SFI and manufacturer label depicting fire extinguishing agent, capacity, and certificatin date. Cylinders that are beynd useful certificatin date must be inspected, serviced and re-labeled by the manufacturer. 4. Cylinders must be munted frward f the fuel cell belw the deck r just abve the deck (Centered behind seat). Cylinders must be securely munted t the frame/rll cage assembly and centered in the chassis. The certificatin label must be unbstructed and easily accessible fr inspectin when the munting is cmplete. Fr systems with ne activatin pint, the activatin pint may be munted in the cckpit r rear f the car clse t the fuel cell. 5. The cylinder must be cnnected t the nzzles with steel r steel reinfrced lines. 6. Tw (2) thermally activated nzzles must be used. One (1) nzzle must be lcated directly abve the fuel cell in the fuel cell area and the secnd nzzle lcated in the driver cckpit area. 7. An ptinal manual verride cable is recmmended fr tw (2) thermal autmatic nzzle systems but is mandatry fr systems with ne (1) activatin ***** Please Nte Fire Suppressin is highly recmmended but will nt be mandatry fr this event.
