The Mansion can provide these vendors at your cost. - Please contact our Events Director for a detailed proposal - Sherry@CurtissMansion.org P O R TRAIT PHOTO & VIDEO RENT AL FEES COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND FILM Mansion policy: Attendance over 125 guests requires professional valet service and Miami Springs Police supervision - The number of officers is determined by the final guest count provided to the Mansion two weeks before the event and type of event. The Mansion staff will provide current Police Supervision rates as needed. CUR TISS MANSION 500 DEER RUN, MIAMI SPRINGS, FL All vendors providing service at the Curtiss Mansion must provide a General Liability Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000. Certificates must list the Curtiss Manision Inc and the City of Miami Springs as an additional insured, and must be received days prior to event. This hidden gem is a unique setting with incredible character and rich in history. - Visitors are granted access to the historic Curtiss Mansion & Gardens in its entirety excluding: Rooftops, Staff Offices, Archive Room, and Aviation Academy. - Portrait photography rates are $125 per hour, 2 hour minimum. - There is an additional $18 fee per person over the initial group of six. Fees are non-refundable. The Mansion & Grounds are available for commercial photography, video and film production. Photography and film shoot rates include a green room and plenty of parking for vehicles. Catering is available. Commercial Photography Curtiss Mansion is a favorite destination for commercial photographers, and advertising agencies. Our landscaping and architecture are the perfect backdrop for product and catalog shoots. To contract a photo shoot, contact the Director of Events. 2 hour minimum - $0/Hour Video, Film and Broadcast Video and film production require advanced planning so that we can meet the needs of your production team while remaining open to the public. $ (10 hours) - $100/hour after 10 hours.
