4 December Newsletter Page 4 Prince of Peace and Evergreen Holiday Bazaars Planned Prince of Peace Care Center will be hosting its annual Holiday Bazaar on December 10, Proceeds will be used to purchase a new handicap accessible van. The schedule of events is: 10:00 am -1:00 pm Bake sale 11:30 am-1:00 pm Resident and family meal 1:00 pm Christmas program in the Peace Chapel 3:00 pm Silent auction baskets bidding closes Evergreen Place will be having its Holiday Bazaar on December 11, Proceeds will be used for room upgrades. The schedule of events is: 11:30 am-1:00 pm Family and friends luncheon/music 1:00 pm Pie auction 3:00 pm Silent auction baskets close 3:00 pm Raffle drawing Be sure to come out and bid on some baskets! Opera House Play Planned A comedic mystery, "Squawk for Murder" will be presented downstairs in the Lobby & Gallery of the Opera House December 2, 3 and 4. The play revolves around a private investigator who takes on a case to find a missing parrot. In the course of his investigation, he is led into other cases that involve - MURDER! This funny whodunnit was written by Ellendale's own Al Nolan who is also directing the play that features a cast of: Grant Crabtree, Issac Haase, Erin Haase, Alura Schweitz, Chase Nishek, Cindy Axt, Brenda Rekow and Sharon Langley. Performances are at 7 pm on Friday, December 2 and Saturday December 3 with a 3:30 matinee on Sunday, December 4. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for those 18 & under and refreshments are included. All tickets are general admission and will be sold at the door.
