3 Luca Demarchi, Italian, Doctor in Economy (graduated in UNIPMN Univeristy) was born in Vercelli, on 4 February Since child he races in karting at amateur level (2000) and later at agonistic level ( ), reaching motorsport in Professional race driver since 2013, his aim to bring this sport to professional levels, united to passion and support of professionals marketing figures, comes to be a competitive advantage that nowadays can make the difference. Luca Demarchi proposes himself as a non conventional way of communication in motorsport marketing world, with the key: DISTINGUISH YOURSELF, DOING SOMETHING SPECIAL, DIFFERENT AND WELL DONE.

4 RACE IS PASSION AND WAY OF LIFE...! Motorsport of the 80 and 90 was the inspiration and feeding of Luca's passion, making him grow up with a strong desire of being part of it. Motorsport is a way of life, once is part of you you can not hide it. It's a fight for your targets that begens days, weeks, or years before a race weekend...and continue after that, waiting for next one. It's the fight to win in and out the racetrack, in everyday life. If you love life and challenges, you love racing!.

5 TALKING OF SOMETHING... WITHOUT TALKING OF IT! That's the basic concept of a NON-AGRESSIVE COMMUNICATION approach, that in nowadays marketing is opposite to the classic "aggressive" advertising, where customers are forced to watch a spot or a brand, capturing attention, but even bothering them. That "light non-aggressive" approach aims to make the customer fells the spot/brand/product value's seen as positive, as this is associated to a positive figure (Luca); that association turns to be in a positive value's based marketing, and consequential win-win strategy for both parties. That's how customers can look with interest and remember a Brand / Company... without talking of it!

6 SNAPSHOTS OF SPORTING LIFE Luca jumps on his first kart at 12, and begins his racing experience in 2005 Easykart Italian Championship (winning a race and gaining qualification for the International Finals). In 2007 he moves to the Championkart Italian Championship (gaining several good placements and a 2nd place in the Bridgestone Cup - International Final, in Lonato. Luca tests with a Formula Renault 2000; obtaining excellent results since his forst laps is a transition year between karting and motorsport, with several tests with Formula Renault 2000, Ferrari 360 Challenge and Porsche 997 GT3 Cup Campionato Italiano Easykart

7 SNAPSHOTS OF SPORTING LIFE In 2009 he is at the start of the "Targa Tricolore Porsche" Championship, racing with a Porsche 997 GT3 Cup (11th on 32 drivers at his racing debut in Vallelunga, and 6th on 31 drivers in Mugello). In the same year, he participate and wins at the "Autosprint drivers Selections", gaining the chance to race in the "Copa de Espana Resistencia" whit Astra racing's Nissan 350Z Challenge (as results, 2nd behind Arturo Merzario, former F1 driver). In 2010, Luca takes the university degree in "Economy and enterprises administration" at East Piedmont University "Amedeo Avogadro" CER - Nissan 350Z (Astra)

8 SNAPSHOTS OF SPORTING LIFE In 2011 Luca starts his first full season in Spain, racing the "Ibiza Trophy" into the "Copa de Espana Resistencia"; He gains a 3rd place in the championship, with 8 podiums on 11 races, 1 pole position and five starts in 1st starting grid row. In the same year Luca participates at one race in the German VLN Championship, racing on the Legendary Nurburgring Nordschleife racetrack, driving the BP racing's Citroen C2 gr. A. In 2012 he is the Champion of Spain both in the "Ibiza Trophy" and in the "Division 2" of the CER - COPA DE ESPANA RESISTENCIA; He races in Magione, joining the "Campionato Italiano Energie Alternative", gaining the second place at the debut on BRC Racing Team's Kia.

9 SNAPSHOTS OF SPORTING LIFE 2013 is the year of the move to Team Monlau Competiciòn, which Luca honors with the Title of Champion of Spain, winning the overall classification of CER Class2, in front of the most powerful Clio cup, Mini and Hyunday Coupè. Jointly the overall triumph, will came too the victory the Division 5 and in the Ibiza Trophy. During the season, Luca takes part in other races, gaining a podium at the Alcaniz 500Km at his debut on the Seat Leon Supercopa; He also takes a second place in Poznan (Poland) race of the Kia Green Hybrid cup, and makes test sessions on the Nurburgring Norschleife on Porsche Cayman S VLN spec. /Getspeed performance. In 2014 Luca follows the winning line of past year, competing and winning again in the CER, now in Class1/Division 3 with the more powerful Seat Leon Supercopa. CER - Seat Ibiza SC Evo (Monlau)

10 SNAPSHOTS OF SPORTING LIFE 2015 has been a great challenge, as Luca brought on track the World First Diesel Dual-Fuel racecar. Luca took the management of the project for the Italian company Ecomotive Solutions, working joined to the UK team Saxon motorsport. Under Luca's guide, the results were amazing as the car, based on a BMW 135d GTR, reaches the performance level of a GT4 car. Luca finished 2nd in the Britcar Sports and Touring Cars Championship, with a race victory in Donington, even being crowned "Driver of the Year 2015". BMW 135d GTR

11 SNAPSHOTS OF SPORTING LIFE In 2016 Luca enter the Italian GT Championship in GTcup class, joined to Ivan Benvenuti on a Lamborghini Gallardo Super Trofeo of Imperiale Racing (Lamborghini factory team). Despite his lack of experience on GTcars, results were amazing: Luca takes a front row starts at his first qualify in Monza, winning both race1on dry and race2 on wet, as to complete an amazing debut. The season continue and Luca and his teammate prove they are fast and reliable, collecting wins and scoring heavy points as to be finally crowned Italian GT Champions, with the top score of 5 wins and 4 podiums, on 14 races. 12 SNAPSHOTS OF SPORTING LIFE 2017 is time for a step ahead, as to grow up the driver's career though GT racing: Luca enters the Italian GT in Super GTcup class, and gains a contract as Lamborghini Squadra Corse official driver. Joined to Ivan Benvenuti as in 2016, Luca takes confidence with the powerful Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo, with his 620hp V10 engine, the fastest single maker series car of the world. 14 MOTORSPORT PROJECT MANAGER Luca has proper skills to to manage single projects in motorsport world: since winter 2014 he makes real the Ecomotive Solutions's Hybrid Race car project, dealing with all aspects of the projects, as bureaucracy, regulations, building and developing of car in and out the racetrack. He makes the Ecomotive s Diesel-LPG system approved from British Motorsport Federation MSA, finding the proper team to develop the car, and finally bringing it on track, making team and company collect datas and informations as to increase system performances and reliability.
