Summit Racing Equipment AMS Visits Land of Lincoln Memorial Day Weekend By Chris Westerfield Photo Credit Josh James The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will compete with a weekend tripleheader as the tour visits Farmer City Raceway in Farmer City, IL on Friday May 25 th ($2,000 to win/$200 to ), followed by a Saturday May 26 th visit to Fairbury American Legion Speedway in Fairbury, IL ($2,000 to win/$200 to ), and concludes at Fayette County Speedway in Brownstown, IL on Sunday May 27 th ($3,000 to win/$225 to ). The Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series will visit Farmer City Raceway in Farmer City, IL on Friday May 25 th. The tour will be in competition with a full program of practice, A-B group time trials, qualifying heats, B Mains, and a 30 lap, $2,000 to win/$200 to A-Main event. Other divisions joining the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series in action at Farmer City Raceway on Friday May 25 th will be the track s Super Late Model, Pro Late Model, and Street Stock divisions. Entry fee for the Summit Racing Equipment American Modified Series is $50. All drivers that a B-Main, but do not transfer to the A-Main, will receive $50 tow money. The maximum width of the tire will be 9 inches. The M-60 may be used as a right rear option tire. NO GROOVING ALLOWED. Siping permitted on M-30 and M-60. Activities for the Saturday May 26 th event at Fairbury American Legion Speedway will see the pit area and general admission area open at 3:00 p.m. The drivers meeting will be at 5:30 p.m., with practice laps set to begin at 5:50 p.m., followed by time trials at 6:30 p.m., followed immediately by green flag racing. All times CDT. Ticket prices for FALS on Saturday May 26 th in the general admission area will be $20 for adults while a pit pass will be $35.
