3 ENTITLEMENT AND NAMING RIGHTS SERIES TITLE SPONSORSHIP Your company brand can become synonymous with our weekly racing program by securing naming rights. A new logo with your business brand will be incorporated into a weekly racing series banner. The naming will be used in all advertisements (radio, podcasts, print, social media, and press releases). An 12' x 8' sign will be placed on the backstretch as well as a 8' x 4' on the grandstand midway. The company logo decal will appear on all participating race cars in the championship chase. The series logo will appear on the website. Company representatives will participate in on-track activities in victory lane, and display the green flag on championship night. Use of the hospitality area on championship night. Your company will receive 300 free grandstand admission passes. Additional discounted grandstand tickets are available.

4 ENTITLEMENT AND NAMING RIGHTS DIVISIONAL SPONSORSHIP Advertise your brand by sponsoring one of our four divisions. Your company will be announced and advertised as division s sponsor in press releases, social media, podcasts, and print advertisements. Your company will receive an 8'x 8' billboard on the backstretch. Your company name will also be displayed in the weekly program. The company logo will be displayed on the speedway website throughout the season and social media. Your company will receive a full page ad in our new Checkered Review digital magazine for the entire year. Your company name will be displayed on the windshield area of all competitors in that division. Your company name will be displayed on the division trophies. You will receive free grandstand admission passes.

Your company will be announced and advertised as the evening s sponsor on social media and radio advertisements. Your company logo will also be displayed on the night s program and 1/2 page ad in Checkered Review digital magazine. Promote your product or service on the grandstand midway which could also serve as a recruitment opportunity for your company. You will also receive 25 free grandstand admission passes for your advertised night. Company representatives will participate in on-track activities in victory lane and display the green flag. Use of the hospitality area for company function or entertainment of guests. Your company will receive a 4' x 8' billboard on the backstretch for the $ 1,000 value. From our off-season Facebook Live shows, to practice video, to our NEW in-car camera during heat races, Claremont Speedway has embraced the Facebook Live movement. Even after the live presentation has finished, the video is posted for everyone to see yielding over 1,000 views. Whether it is an employee recognition and company event, family reunion, birthday party, or any other reason to celebrate, we can tailor a ticket package that will meet your group s wishes. We also have hospitality areas available for rental our Turn 4 area and Tower Suite. Turn 4 boasts 100 seats with backs for viewing action on the track as well as open space if you need the room.
