3 Each year, the Points leader of the Formula America Championship will be awarded a $150,000 scholarship to advance to the next level of professional open-wheel racing. The Champion of Formula America will receive the option of using the scholarship to either race in the Road to Indy if Indycar is their goal or a European Formula Championship if Formula 1 is their dream.. 6 On-Air Exposure Every Formula America race will be broadcast independently in weekly series of episodes over a 24 week schedule reaching over 35 million households, as well as streamed on the internet where fans here at home and around the world will be able to follow the Series for free. With a minimum of two encore re-airs of each episode, that equates to over 36 hours of television exposure and promotion. Social Media & Public Relations The integration of media across the various platforms is key. The use of FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube and emerging platforms will be utilized extensively to promote all of our partners. We will utilize a fully professional PR service that will promote our sponsors, their participation in the Series, and get them in front of decision makers.

9 I m pleased to be sitting on the board of the newly launched Formula America series. As someone who came up through the junior ranks of American open wheel racing I have always been a big proponent of supporting young talent following in the same path. I have watched for years as the cost of competing in formula cars has gone up significantly and have long thought there was a need, and a market, for a more affordable first step from karts to cars. Formula America is absolutely that step. It offers a level playing field for a fraction of the cost of other entry level series with a focus on seat time and developing race craft to better prepare young drivers for the next level on the professional open wheel ladder. 10 Formula America Headquarters The headquarters for the Series is based in Sebring, Florida where the company has two new commercial jet hangers at the Sebring Regional Airport. The Sebring Airport Authority also owns the Sebring Int l Raceway property, which is located next door. The facility includes four offices and work area to hold and maintain all Formula America cars. This prestigious address next to the Sebring Int l Raceway provides the Series with year-round testing abilities. Sebring is where all Indycar teams test during the winter season.

11 Unlike individual team or driver sponsorship, Series sponsorship is a Win / Win proposition. Every car and every driver will be carrying your brand identification, so no matter who wins, you will always be a winner. Formula America has complete control over the promotion of the Series and its sponsors and promote is what we do. Auto Racing fans are an extremely brand loyal group. They try, purchase and utilize products and services of companies who sponsor their sport. Corporate hospitality is another avenue of business promotion at Formula America events. 12 On-Car Branding - Over the Road Branding - On-Gear Branding All cars in Formula America will be individually identified with the Series Title and Presenting Sponsors positioned in the most prominent position with associate sponsors rounding out the easily identifiable areas. Three Travelling Billboards crisscrossing America throughout the year seen by millions on the road and in the racing paddock, a blank canvas ready for brand promotion Driver suits and crew uniforms also afford sponsors added visibility and brand impressions when trackside for practice, qualifying and race day. In addition, driver interviews, photo sessions and other promotional events make logo placement on their suits a must.
